Beautiful townhome inside and out with pool as a benefit for all. Nice size deck to enjoy afternoons. Owners were responsive and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host is very responsive and incredibly nice, and the property is in a great location walking distance to beach and restaurants. We hope to stay there again on future trips.
Our family had a great stay at this property. We enjoyed the walk to the boardwalk and beach and, when we drove, we always found a parking spot using the parking pass. It was especially great that there was enough seating in the living room and kitchen for our family of 5. The pool was an added bonus and well-maintained. Thank you for renting to us!

What a wonderful renter to have worked with! Five-stars on all counts. Great communication with us and left our home impeccable!
Great location and accommodations. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Walking distance to beach. Found the turtle bridge the last day which was enjoyed by all. The unit provided all necessities for a great summer location for family gathering. Hope to return for future visits

Thank you for your kind review! Please come back again!
Location was convenient to the beach. Having the pool was a big bonus too. Enjoyed evenings on the deck. Host was responsive when it came to light that the parking pass was not left on the property. We were reimbursed for our of pocket expenses.
We take our teenagers and their friends to the beach yearly and this place is the best. Plenty of room and comfy beds. Great AC. Clean. Large living area and fully equipped kitchen. Owners are responsive. 7 min bike ride to the beach is so easy. Will repeat again next year.
Highly recommend this townhouse for so many reasons. Great location, there is a swimming pool, lots of parking, townhouse is spacious and nicely decorated. Landlord responds right away. Will be back!!!
Pros
Spacious accommodation with a nice pool. Convenient location to downtown, beaches and shopping.
Cons
All beds need updating as they are very uncomfortable due to age of furniture. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher and stove was dirty. Ant infested however owner did provide options. No access to garage.
Will not return for another stay.
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo for a mini, end of summer vacation. It was well appointed and very clean. My 3 daughters enjoyed the pool while my husband and I appreciated how close the beach/boardwalk was (approx 6 minute drive). We also were appreciative that we were allowed to bring our 2 Jack Russell Terriers with us to avoid the hassle of finding someone to care for them back at home. The only downside is that it is close to a major road, but all in all, the noise really wasn't that bad. Thank you for sharing your spacious home with us! We had a fun time!

We’re so glad you enjoyed the home! You were wonderful guests. Please come back again!
My family and I had a blast in Rehoboth. This house accommodated all of us with plenty of room. My only issue, which is truly MY issue, is that I didn’t read the entire listing! :0 No linens or towels are provided! We spent the beginning of our vacation at Walmart buying sheets and towels! (Comforters are provided). This is of course my fault for not reading the listing in its entirety! The owner was sympathetic when I messaged her! Lesson learned! We would definitely stay there again! We also loved the heated pool!

Thank you, Jeanne! You were a lovely and kind guest! Our cleaners gave you 5 stars! We truly hope you will visit again!!!
We brought our three teenage daughters (13, 15, 17) and three of their friends (14, 15, 15) to Rehoboth for our annual trip. This house was by far the best one we have rented in Rehoboth in the history of our tradition. The downstairs bedroom is spacious with its own bathroom with two large beds... the kids hung out here most of the trip (when they were inside). Our bedroom was up on the third floor with a king bed and our own private bathroom. There were two other bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom for when the girls wanted privacy or quiet sleeping places. There was also a bathroom on the main level with a well-equipped kitchen, including a hand blender that the kids loved to use for smoothies. Don't let the location scare you -- the bike ride was literally less than 7 minutes to Funland owing to a footbridge that gives you a shortcut directly into town. We loved the location because we could hop right on Route 1 for Dewey Beach or the outlets without any of the in-town traffic. It comes with two parking passes as well if you want to drive and park downtown. AMAZING AIR CONDITIONING with two-level thermostats. Coming in on a super hot day, it was always crisp and we slepy super well. There was also a pool in the townhouse development that was nicer than you'd expect for a shared pool, and the temp was perfect. Also, the neighbors were super cool. Highly recommend! We already booked it again for next summer!

'Above average stay near Rehoboth beaches'
The most positive part of this property would be its location. It's situated past the Rehoboth Ave/Route 1 split, which made traveling to the beach very easy. The house is generally nice, decent furniture. However there were a number of negative details that took away from our stay.
The communication and lack of responsivity from the owner was VERY frustrating. It seemed that after the final payment, the owner was indifferent towards checking their email/texts/VRBO messages for any questions. A few weeks before our arrival we reached out to inquire about the available small appliances (Keurig/coffee maker, etc) and some other questions (clarifying Google map address/VRBO map address discrepancy). No reply ever came. It would've been appreciated especially since the owner had previously said to "text them with any questions". What if there was a problem?? On arrival we did a thorough walkthrough of the house to check for any damaged areas, so as not to be held accountable after we left. We found room lights that did not work, a toaster that started smoking on the first use, nail heads sticking up on the deck, a broken ice maker, a dirty grill. The house was surface clean upon arrival, but when we shifted one of the bedroom end tables to plug in our phones, we found trash and used bandaids. We BYO'd bedding and linens, and this led us to discover an unsightly stain on the master king mattress.
We had a nice week at this house, but we'd be remiss not to mention these details.

Cannot Recommend
Pros: The living area is spacious and comfortable, the unit is adjacent to a lawn where our kids could play and is near a great playground. The pool was very nice, and the price was affordable. All in all we had a nice stay, but significant exceptions preclude us from recommending this rental. These include:
Empty propane tanks that we had to replace
The grill was falling apart and covered in grease and grime
All light bulbs in upstairs bedroom lamps were missing or burned out
Bathroom floors and bath mats were dirty, and the floor and mat in the downstairs bathroom both had visible mold.
Upstairs HVAC was very loud and blew extremely hard directly on the beds such that it had to be turned off so people could sleep, which meant with the summer heat we had to open the windows and deal with excessive road noise
WiFi password was wrong in the hosts' paperwork
Showers did not drain and would rapidly fill with inches of water
Rotten pantry items in the cabinets
Dirt, hair, and sand left in downstairs room
Some of the patio furniture was cracked and broken
Coffee maker was very dirty to the point where we did not feel comfortable using it
Water filter on refrigerator needs to be replaced and was blinking red when we got there
The most glaring issue, however, was that hours after checking out, leaving the condo wiped-down and broom-clean, the host messaged us that her cleaners reported we had left the unit “absolutely disgusting.” She claimed we had left “poop in the showers, vomit on the walls, windows, and blinds, and food remnants in every room.” She sent us an additional Vrbo charge of hundreds of dollars for extra cleaning and to cover the “disposal” of a crib we had rented with her guidance and left on the porch per the instructions of the crib rental place.
We immediately contacted Vrbo support and spoke with Fedania, who was wonderful to deal with and confirmed in writing that we were not obligated to pay any additional charge as the host had provided no proof.
Up to this point the hosts were responsive and lovely to deal with. When we told them the propane tanks were empty they were very apologetic and immediately reimbursed us for the new tanks we had to purchase. My family has been renting in Rehoboth Beach every summer for 40 years and has never received any complaint from a host, returning to many of the same properties for years. We are grateful for Vrbo’s excellent customer service in immediately addressing this issue.

Never rent to this tenant.
We have rented since 2004 and have never experienced having to clean up after such disrespectful tenants. They are gross and rude.
The fact that one VRBO representative indicated that “they didn’t have to pay for excess cleaning fees” does not tell the full story, and after we talked with VRBO, the representative we spoke with indicated we have options for recovering our losses.
Our home is beautiful, we’ll maintained, we’ll appointed with wonderful art and furniture. This renter abused her stay.
She left a crib (rental) on the front steps of our home, without telling us, and it looked like it was abandoned or just put there for some unknown reason. No one knew why we had a bed left on our front steps. Trash was littered about and trash cans moved to the front of the house (instead of staying in the back of the house). Propane ran out for the grill—this happens to all of us. We paid for a replacement tank. Lightbulbs burn out. We have extras in our closets… The renter claims we advised her to the crib rental company. Not true. In all of our years of renting, we were never asked about crib rentals, so it was new to us. We did not know she rented a crib (which is beyond okay), but wished she had indicated she left it on our porch to be picked up. After she left the crib, we in fact, have been working on our own to get it returned to the crib rental company. We have been extremely amicably and friendly with the crib rental company following this person’s stay… and we will now be referring rentals for cribs and other baby supplies to renters because of our interactions with this vendor.
Anyone renting to this tenant will be duped. They left our home, frankly, trashed and disgusting.
What a shame.
We loved the unit and the pool (a small community pool) was wonderful. Warm and clean with built in benches. We all loved it, especially the toddlers. My only disappointment is that I was assured before we left home that the grill worked great and had everything we would need. There is no working grill. It should have been thrown out decades ago. There are solid sheets of rust laying inside of it and it wouldn't even turn on even though it seemed to have new tanks. I really hope that for everyone's sake that the grill gets disposed of immediately. It was the only "Untruth" that I felt I was given. I had been planning a big meal based on a working and decent sized grill. I had to do it all in a fry pan and it took me hours. It did mean a lot to me so I was disappointed. We loved everything else and the grill is the only thing that would stop me from returning.
The home was just the right size for the 8 of us. Conveniently located to beach, restaurants and shopping. The kids LOVED the pool. Thank you for a great stay!
We had a great time for 2 weeks at this property. The pool was great! We pretty much had it to our ourselves. The house very clean, spacious, comfortable, and a good size. We have been coming to rehoboth for years and most places are not clean. We were very pleased! The owner/managers were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for having us.
Great condo, very clean, well laid out. Property manager was great and very communicative. Close to beach (5 min bike, 15 min walk) as well as to downtown Rehoboth (same distance). One small caveat--the condo is close to the coastal highway (Rte 1), if that is an issue (it was not for us).
We loved this home!! It was very spacious and the layout worked well for our large family. The location was great and we had a variety of methods everyone got to the beach each day. Some biked, some walked, one drove his moped and we always had one car drive with all of the chairs and the babies.
Every morning we would go out for a walk around the area. It was great being a short 15 min walk/2 min drive to our favorite coffee shop, and being able to park on the boardwalk was great for morning walks! Heather was easy to get in touch with and very responsive whenever we had questions.
The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are great and EASILY accommodated our group of 9 +2 babies in pack n plays. There is definitely room for a blowup mattress or two in the master bedrooms as well if you needed. We’d love to stay here again!

Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed our home! You were wonderful guests and we hope you come back again!
We’re from Maryland, Maine, and Tennessee! Our family has been going to the eastern shore for decades and many of our most memorable moments are our vacations in Rehoboth Beach! Wether it’s the beach in summer or walks on the beach bundled up in winter, it’s a special place!
Why they chose this property
About 15 years ago a family member purchased the townhouse in Rehoboth to both serve as a family destination and to be offered as a rental property. The location is ideal, right off of coastal Route 1 on the ocean side, it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach or boardwalk, and only a 3-5 minute drive.
What makes this property unique
This lovely home is so well appointed with comfortable luxury furniture, and accented with beach decor. What really makes the home special is the artwork painted by our dad! It’s located throughout the entire home.
