Rehoboth Gorgeous Condo - pools, quiet neighborhood, and close to it all

Come relax in our renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1600 square ft condo! Beautifully remodeled, our third floor condo allows for all to spread out. The comfy two story living room gives access to our screened porch overlooking the community and pool. It’s a great place to have your morning coffee or snuggle up with a book. There is access to several pools, pickleball and tennis, along with our smart TVs for logging into your favorite streaming service. The closest community pool is right out our front door!

Strong cleaning protocol! Summer weeks are Friday to Friday for most summer weeks.

2 night minimum outside of the peak summer season to experience all of Rehoboth's charm - boutique and outlet shopping, 5k and marathon races, beaches and tons of restaurants!

We supply linens and bath towels (please bring your beach towels) to make this easy to enjoy. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans and TVs to enjoy. There are puzzles, DVDs and games available. Bike racks available if you want to rent or bring your bikes.

This condo is very close to the Big Fish Grill and seafood market, along with Arena’s deli. Funland, boardwalk, Jungle Jim’s, Fresh Food Market, Outlet Shopping, Dewey Beach and all of the shopping, beach and restaurants in downtown Rehoboth are just a five minute drive or bike ride away! What else is close by? Quiet beach state parks, beautiful bay and beach skylines and ferry rides to Cape May, NJ are all close. No matter what time of year, the possibilities seem endless!

MAIN FLOOR: The condo’s main floor includes one queen bedroom and one bedroom with a set of twins. The bedrooms are separated by a full sized Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks, full shower/bath tub, new floors, fresh towels and white cabinets. Both bedrooms have large walk-in, closets, ceiling fans and TVs.

This floor also includes a beautiful, well equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and dining area with pub table. There is a bright, two-story living room with a comfy sectional. There is a screened-in porch overlooking the pool and community. A beautifully done powder room and laundry finishes the first floor.

SECOND FLOOR: The condo’s second floor includes a beautiful private queen bedroom with large walk in, ceiling fan and a TV, a loft with queen sleeper sofa and a redone full bathroom with double sinks.

Rehoboth condo stay

Place is great! We loved the layout. It worked well for staying with the kiddo and grandparent and us all being able to have our own space. Taura and Jason and property manager Ty were responsive when we had questions and situations to sort out. They were friendly and put in the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time at the property.

Great experience

Great stay! Everything was great. Very convenient. Owner was very helpful. Only thing is the GPS takes you to the wrong address for some reason some times. Also, zillow shows the wrong house for some reason because google maps mapped to wrong address.

Winter Girls Weekend Getaway

This is my second time staying at this condo. It is very roomy for me and my friends, which was a total of 5 of us. The location is also very convenient to local shopping, restaurants and boardwalk.

Great for family vacation

Our family had a great stay at this condo! The layout of the condo is great for family time but also gives teens their own space. It was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen well stocked. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off after the beach. Easy access to downtown Rehoboth, the outlets, and beautiful Deauville Beach. The hosts were very helpful and communicative as needed. We would definitely come here again!

The property and location were very nice. Look like an updated condo with most everything we needed. Close to everything! The check-in process seemed a little antiquated. I had to meet a realtor versus given a code for a digital lock. Needed physical keys to enter. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Great Condo!

The condo is so clean and lovely. It was only about eight minutes to the beach and close to multiple grocery stores. It’s a lovely and safe neighborhood and all communications with the owner and property manager were swift and extremely helpful. Also, they are so kind. We loved our time here. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and though we didn’t spend any time at the pool, next time we come back we absolutely will. The one thing is when you’re searching the address to arrive, you need to use a different GPS than Google maps. Google takes you to a random neighborhood five minutes away. We ordered pizza and the delivery man had the same problem. This is not the fault of anyone but Google. So when you get the address, make sure and use Apple maps or something other than Google. We’ve been to Rehoboth Beach many times and this is the first rental that I would absolutely return to. It’s quiet, it’s beautiful, it’s close to everything, and the rental itself is wonderful. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend.

Cutest Apartment

Great location, easy parking, super cute apartment and everything was very clean! The only thing I’d say that needs to be done is washing the extra blankets/comforters in the closets. I noticed every one I pulled out had smudges of food or something on them. I’m sure whoever stayed prior just folded them neatly back up so I don’t think the owner would have even known they were used though which isn’t their fault! Otherwise, 10/10 recommend this apartment!!!

Rehoboth Beach area has something for everyone to truly enjoy: beach, boardwalk, SO many restaurants and quaint shops, Outlet shopping, movies, Funland and Jungle Jim's and our personal favorite: quiet state park beaches below Dewey Beach or by Lewes.

Our condo has been thoughtfully renovated and redecorated to ensure your beach vacation is comfy, relaxing and beautiful! The Friday to Friday rental during the peak season will allow for easier travel. We supply your linens and beach towels plus a start paper supply to make you feel welcome! Sip your morning coffee with a cozy book and blanket on our screened on porch to get some quiet time. Enjoy the pool or play some tennis with friends or family. Walk to the Big Fish Grill to enjoy one of our favorite restaurants! They also have a delicious seafood market for take-out. Take a short drive to one of the state beach parks to enjoy the beautifully scenic coastal and bay views. Looking for adventure? Hit Jungle Jim's, Funland, mini golf, shopping at Rehoboth Avenue and the many, many outlets or experience some of the culinary delight that Rehoboth restaurants have to offer! There is absolutely something for everyone.
