This 58 m² apartment located on the 2ᵉ floor with elevator is composed of:

## Neighborhood

You'll be staying in the Halles district, in the heart of the 1ᵉʳ arrondissement, the oldest neighborhood in Paris. Although it has retained its historic imprint, the Halles district is now a lively neighborhood, surrounded by popular stores and shopping malls, as well as numerous trendy bar and restaurant addresses and sides. When it comes to art and culture, you'll be spoilt for choice, as this district is also rich in modern art museums and close to the emblematic Musée du Louvre, less than a 10-minute walk away.

The Jardin des Tuileries, Opéra Garnier and Place de la Concorde can all be reached in 10 minutes by public transport.
If you're keen on shopping and luxury boutiques, you'll be close to the famous Rue Saint-Honoré, accessible in less than 10 min by metro.
