Bare et par skridt væk fra Scarborough-stranden er dette kappehjem det perfekte sted at skabe store familie sommerhukommelser. Gå væk fra stranden lige til dit strandhytte. I lavsæsonen er dette vores hjem væk fra hjemmet. Huset er rent, velholdt og smukt dekoreret med Pergo-gulve overalt, nye apparater, lukket varm / kold udendørs bruser og vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Uovertruffen havudsigt inkluderet!

Ud over Scarborough Beach og tilstødende Black Point-naturbevaringsområde har området tre af New Englands smukkeste strande. Sommerhuset ligger tre miles fra historiske centrum af Narragansett restauranter, strande, aktiviteter og 'Towers' og er en cykeltur til Block Island / Martha's Vineyard færgeterminaler. Scenic Newport er en kort køretur over bugten og er synlig fra Scarborough, mens Providence, spisning, underholdning og shopping er en tredive minutters kørsel ved hovedvejen.

Wonderful Beach House

The house was perfact and so close to the beach. You can have your morning coffee and look out the window at the ocean view. Walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. There were 8 people from age 8 to 71and plenty of room for all. The outside shower was a life saver after coming up from the beach. Just a wonderful experience all around.

Great beach house steps away from the beach!

Great house at a great location. Loves the convenience of walking back from the beach for our sons nap and going right back when he woke up. House had everything you needed. Outdoor shower was amazing. What a wonderful week we had. Mike was also super responsive with any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Hot in Heaven

7 days at the beach AFTER Labor Day! First 4 days 90 degrees and sunny. Water was delicious!!! Gorgeous beach. Quiet. House was short walk away! House is clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Loved it!

Excellent location, super clean and easy to keep clean.

It's a great location, and there's all sorts of stuff for the beach, including a wagon in which to pull chairs etc. The outdoor shower was great, as was the picnic table and the grill. One thing to note is that the lone bathroom is on the first floor, so if you have people who need to get up a lot in the middle of the night there is only one bedroom on that floor. Just a note for old folks. The house was charming, full of light, with very comfortable couch and chairs etc. Scarborough Beach was incredibly clean, and the water was crystalline. It took about 3 minutes to walk there. All in all, a perfect location for a beach vacation, with everything you need right at hand. Mike was easy to reach and very clear about things. A great success for all ages.

Amazing location!

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making daily trips to the shore incredibly convenient. The house is well-stocked with essentials and includes a lot of beach equipment, which was a great bonus for our stay. The outdoor shower was my favorite part of the house - hot water, large, private, and it feels great to rinse off under the sun! The property could use some updates, however the weekly rental rate would probably increase as well. For the location and pricing of nearby properties we felt the price was reasonable. Additionally, we had some issues with ants during our stay, which was a bit of a hassle to manage. Despite a few drawbacks, the location and value would definitely have us renting here again.

Family vacation

This spot is a gem! A view of the ocean from every window! This home is stocked with every amenity you may need! I was very impressed! The outdoor shower is amazing, large and open with a separate place to change and hang clothes. The fireworks lighting the sky in all directions was beautiful on the 4th. We had the perfect view. Easy walk back and forth to the beach. Grocery store a mile away. ice cream spots galore! Thank you for sharing your home with us, hope to be able to stay again!

Perfect Beach House

This house was a perfect fit for my clan of 6 (including teen and young adults). Plenty of bedrooms for retreating at night after spending all day at the beautiful beach. The house was spotless, outside shower was used quite often and all the necessary supplies were waiting when we arrived, including frosty mugs. The beach is merely steps away, shed is full of sand supplies and clothesline for damp towels. I was pleasantly surprised that when windows are opened, and there are many, the constant sea breeze, mixed with occasional fans, made for a very comfortable week, amidst the hot weather. Mike was extremely helpful with answering my questions during the planing process. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself vacationing in Narragansett.

PERFECT getaway spot!

We had a family of 8, 3 adults and 5 kids! This property was the perfect size in the perfect location. Just a mins walk from the beach with many other family fun activities close by! Good Stay Away

This property has a lot going for it. The hosts are very responsive, the space was extremely clean and it offers a short walk to the beach. There were just two of us so the small bathroom space was fine, might be tough with a crowd.

Fun Family Stay

Our family of 6 adults and 1 grandchild thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculately maintained, well equipped, and ideally located home just steps away from Scarborough Beach. Everything from the refreshing sea breezes, the delightful outdoor shower, well stocked kitchen and the shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys & boogie boards! Mike was easy to communicate with and was responsive to any questions...The beds were comfortable, the adironack chairs outside perfect for a quiet morning read... Overall we would recommend this home...

Fantastic family vacation!

We absolutely loved this beach house!! The proximity to the beach was fantastic. The house was clean, more than well furnished, and adorably decorated. Owners have definite pride in their property. We loved the outdoor shower with changing room as well as the shed full of beach toys (especially the skim board) and beach cart. The "beach house book" full of info about local restaurants and points of interest was very helpful. We enjoyed beach days and travel days to Newport mansions and Roger Williams zoo. I am missing the ocean views and breeze already. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. Mike, thanks for sharing your home to allow us a wonderful family vacation! :)

Great week at the beach

Great house with close proximity to the beach. It made an easy walk even with 2 kids and all the beach gear. We loved the outdoor shower...we never even used the indoor one. Also convenient to have beach chairs/cart/toys available to use! We can’t wait to come back next year!!

A great week in Gansett Bob & Maria H.

Summertime is our family's favorite time of year. This summer remains one of our best due to the time spent in your cozy cottage at Scarborough Beach, Narragansett. We enjoyed the location just steps away from the beach. We are a multi-generational family and the home suited all of us no matter the age. It was comfortable and relaxing. The homeowners were prompt in addressing our questions and were easy to work with. We hope to return again.

Great traditional family beach house. Plenty of sleeping rooms with great beds and welcoming decor. Spotless! Very quick and easy 2 minute walk to beach. Perfect for kiddos. Charming, clean, beautiful waterview cottage

I have rented this house before, it is absolutely lovely & charming. The house is beautifully maintained and Mr. Pellini is very attentive to any needs. I would highly recommend this property to everyone who is looking for a sweet stay at the beach. I will visit again!

Kid friendly

We stayed here with our 1 year old son and lots of adults visiting throughout the week. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a whole toy chest of toys, kids movies, and a baby gate to keep him off the stairs. The house is incredibly well stocked compared to other rentals we have stayed at. I didn't even need to bring 1/2 the stuff I packed. The proximity to the beach worked out great because we went back at nap time and then returned in the afternoon. All the rooms have nice fans, alarm clocks, and dark shades for sleeping late. You can tell they stay there themselves because it isn't missing anything.

Lovely Beach Cottage

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach in your beach cottage. The pictures accurately showed this lovely home, and the walk and views of the beach were great. The cottage provided everything we needed, was very clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the Coast Guard House Restaurant for lunch, Mews Tavern for a causal dinner, cooked seafood from Point Judith, took the Light House Tour and walked the beautiful beach often. It provided just the R&R we so needed and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Michael for opening your special home to our family.

Perfect location, great beach. Plenty of room for our large family. It is right on a bus route if you need that. The WiFi was strong enough for streaming or anything you might need. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn't run out of things to do. The rental is well stocked with cooking items and beach necessities. I would note that there isn't a bath tub if you have little ones but the small inside and large outside shower were good enough for us. The kids enjoyed flying kites in the empty beach overflow lot across the road. The only thing that bugged me was the lack of a lock on the master bedroom but it isn't enough to keep us away. We will be back to make more wonderful memories!

Cozy Beach Home

My family rented this house in early August 2014. My husband and I have a 3 yr old and 12 month old so vacations can be complicated. We were joined on our vacation by some of our extended family as well. At all times there were 6-8 people staying at the house. The house has many features that quickly made it feel like home. It is not large but is designed smartly to take advantage of it space. We were fortunate to have good weather and spent most of our time during the day at the beach. Had we needed to spend more time inside, my 3 yr old may have felt a bit confined. The kitchen is not large but very adequate and well stocked with supplies that we needed. We have small children so we ate almost all of our meals there. The dining area and living space had a beautiful view of the ocean and provided a nice place to congregate with the family. The backyard also provided a nice place to sit and let the children play. The master bedroom downstairs was good sized. The four bedrooms upstairs were small but served their purpose well. The one bathroom is also small and has a shower. With the young children and sand, a bathtub would have been nice but the children quickly got used to the shower. A second bathroom in that house would make the place absolutely perfect. We used and loved the outside shower a lot. It was a perfect place to stop on the way in from the beach to get cleaned up before going inside. The changing area made it private and very functional. Probably one of the best features of this home is its proximity to the beach. It is very conveniently located a couple minutes walk from Scarborough Beach. We went to the beach every day and even loaded up with all of our beach gear, the commute to the beach was a breeze. During the day, it was easy to make the quick walk back to use the bathroom or grab some lunch. We found the beach chairs and beach gear provided at the house to be convenient as well. My husband, father and son used the clamming equipment in the shed and had a great time. This house is perfect for people who want to spend a lot of time at the beach and don't need an active nightlife in walking distance. The owners of the home were very easy to work with. They were approachable and very kind. We were so lucky that our first family vacation like this was at such a nice home owned by great folks! We would highly recommend this home and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Very clean, airy and right across from the beach!

We absolutely loved the house. We are getting excited for our trip this Summer -back to the same house. It's very well maintained, CLEAN, spacious and you just can't beat the location- right across from Scarborough beach. Also, dealing with the owner is always a pleasure. Very accomodating and honest. My family and I just love it.

Great Beach House

We've rented a number of beach houses over the years in Rhode Island and have been in many more that friends have rented and none come close to this quality of this home. It is very clean, meticulously kept, nicely decorated and a stones throw to the beach! We loved the view of the ocean from the main floor with the many windows that open to let the cool ocean breeze fill the house. It is well supplied with working appliances and had all the amenities of our own home including a washer & dryer which you seldom see in beach rentals. The owners couldn't be more accommodating giving access to an assortment of supplies from their shed which included beach chairs and a clam rake which I made good use of during my stay. If you are looking for a place to really relax in the summer this is the perfect location to do it!
