Place was awesome. Big and spacious for our ten guests. Decent sized yard as well. Neighborhood was full of either renters or year round people, both of which were all super friendly. Right around the corner from a river to fish, kayak or jump in to. Host Time was supercool and available via text if needed, there were no concerns whatsoever. Thanks Tim for a great week in paradise, Narragansett is my favorite place to be. Always nice to return for a week in the summer, growing year by year. A little different from my URI days.

Tim was a great host. Very very responsive and provided everything that we needed. It was very helpful to have the baby items already at the house such as a pack n play and a baby gate. The grill was awesome! we cooked tons of meals on it!We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the house and outside area such as the back deck, as well as the lack of ac units in the bedrooms. But other than that our stay was good and we enjoyed our week in RI.

Friends getaway

This property was exactly as advertised and it was amazing. We had great communication with the host which made the process way smoother. We could not have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend booking this home!

Great house close to the beach

The house has plenty of space to accommodate big groups, we were 4 adults and 4 children and we stayed comfortably. It has been renovated recently and near Narragansett beach and close to shops and restaurants. The area is beautiful and peaceful, really recommend for future guests. The host made everything possible to make our stay memorable.

Top notch rental

This property is beautifully updated and extremely spacious. The location was great and only a block from the water! We loved the neighborhood and walking around it and hanging at the beach area. The host was extremely responsive and it was a great overall experience.

Great place, great people!

We stayed here for my girlfriends birthday and loved the property! The house was clean and newly renovated. The inside was very spacious with plenty of rooms for everyone. Our interactions with the hosts could not have been better they were very friendly and very responsive hosts. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Overall very good! Could use more A/C units in each bedroom as we were very hot the first few nights. Great gathering spaces and excellent location to everything. Very responsive host which was much appreciated!

Loved the spacious house, quiet neighborhood

Beautiful split-level home, plenty of room for our group of 5. Lack of A/C not really an issue, plenty of fans to move air and at night was chilly w windows open anyway (luxurious for us Houstonians).Host was very responsive; great stay all around, highly recommend.

Graduation Weekend

The house was beautiful and as advertised. It was very clean and so spacious. My family of 7 had plenty of room for the long weekend. We loved a few local spots in the area. We recommend Greenhouse, Twin Willows, NY Bagels of RI and Gansett Wraps. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries.

Great Stay at Spacious House

We were in town for a sailing competition in Newport with 2 other families. We had plenty of room. All bedrooms were large and having 2 gathering spaces plus the outdoor deck meant lots of room for everyone to hang out. Nikki was very quick to respond with any questions we had and the place was immaculate. Plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the foosball table and games!

My Stay

Stayed with my family and their significant others at this rental. It was a great house, definitely would recommend it to a friend. Property manager is always keeps open communication and handles any issues that occurs.

Narragansett beach house

Nicole is a superb host and the house is definitely well priced. Bare bones but is a good spot to leave your stuff and go to the beach and explore etc. good location about 10 mins from coast guard house and beaches. I didn’t realize this but the house doesn’t have AC FYI

We were unfortunately unable to stay as planned because three members of our group became unwell due to mold in the property. We had to leave the same day without staying overnight, as the severe allergies made it unsafe to remain.

Nobody became ill. You didn't want to stay because there was a musty smell in the basement because of heavy rain. Which we mitigated immediately there was NO mold, please be honest with your review.

Great house for a group in Narragansett

The house was as advertised - comfortable rooms, nice kitchen, two nice bathrooms. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Excellent communication with the hosts. The area is great - short walk or drive to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Would certainly recommend for any group or family! Other reviews mention the house doesn’t have air conditioning but it seemed like the hosts did their best with some fans in the bedrooms, which we appreciated.

Great weekend stay

The house is just as pictured and was quite clean. Our first night there was very hot, and even the fans could not help us salvage a good night’s sleep. The lower family room got adequately cool with the window unit a/c, but that was about it. The second night was fine.The house is clean, if a little under-furnished. It would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms and a little more shelf space in the bathrooms for toiletries. I also wished there were tissues. The furniture is serviceable, but older. The nightstand drawer knob came off in my hand when I tried to open a drawer. Niki is a great communicator and made the rental easy and smooth.

Review

The location is great and the space was good for 2 families of 4. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of some of the items, specifically the fridge and the AC units. The outside deck also is older, so we cpuldnt let the kids out there without shoes on (splinters). I spoke to the host about these issues after we returned home and was met with what felt like resistance and denial of the issues. It would have been fair to be refunded the cleaning fee, however now we are being charged for "damages" that were already present wheb we arrived. Overall, the experience was disappointing, but we made the best of it.

I do want to clarify that no concerns were brought to my attention during your stay. It wasn’t until I reached out about the damaged door, which was discovered immediately after checkout, that you shared your list of complaints. Had I known about any issues while you were here, I would have addressed them immediately, as I live nearby and personally handle all turnovers. The door was fully functional before your arrival, and I only contacted you because I found it broken and needed to prepare the space for the next guest, who was checking in later that same day. I also accommodated your request for an early check-in at 11 a.m. and strive to offer a clean, responsive, and welcoming stay. I’m always open to feedback, especially when it's communicated in the moment, so I have the chance to make it right.

Our rental house met our needs. It would have been helpful to know it was raised ranch house , sets of stairs between the levels, because we have a family member who needs canes to get around We did not prepare meals this week, eating out instead, so I cannot comment on number and type or of cooking and eating equipment. Two bathrooms for 5 bedrooms could be a problem, we only had 4 in our party so we made it work.Our trips to RI are special treats and this was another good set of memories
