Home is completed furnished and beautifully decorated with "beachy" decor. Enjoy two bedrooms with queen beds and two large full bathrooms. Enjoy your breakfast out on the lanai with views of the lake and beautiful palm trees! Unit offers new flat screen TV and premium wireless internet. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, serveware and new stainless appliances and new granite countertops. Full size washer and dryer in unit.

One month minimum rental preferred. No pets in unit.

Nice Condo and good location

The condo was great, just as depicted. All the Kitchen appliances were new and worked great. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub. It is also scenic with two ponds and some wildlife - herons, ibis, egret and an alligator. If you rent this condo for an extended staty, you cannot get US mail here. We ordered something from Amazon that was delivered USPS and had to pick it up at the post office. All other deliveries arrived (UPS, Amazon, FedEx) at the front door.

Condo complex residents were very friendly and made the stay very enjoyable. Condo had excellent beach amenities to use at the beach. Great pool, workout facility, pool room and library of books! Condo patio had a great view of the pond and was peaceful for morning coffee. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
