Not exactly accurate…safety issue in bathroom
The property is tuck away behind a restaurant. There are no windows on the first floor at all. Makes you feel as though you’re in a basement. Also…made me feel a little unsafe if there were ever a fire or emergency. There is an upstairs area that seems like you are in a greenhouse with a couple windows, but are just a roof.
My biggest concern is the bathroom. The flooring is very dangerous! It is just tile with no traction or any non-slip surface. My father fell in the shower. I contacted the property manager and they completely ignored my concerns about the shower. The listing also states 3 toilets. Make sure you understand there is only 1 bathroom and then another very small toilet off the bathroom. We did know this before going only because I asked after seeing pictures showing only 2 toilets.
It was supposed to be corrected. The pictures are also deceiving. They show 2 different tables…there is only one. The couch is not the same. It is not leather. Ok for seating, but not as large and comfy as the picture seemed. Beds were comfortable, but again, no windows and feel very enclosed. Closets are great.
I was also annoyed because I wanted a little heat and didn’t understand how to work it. I texted property manager and they told me to turn it on!?!? Seriously? I’m not an idiot. It had several functions and everything I tried didn’t work. They didn’t seem to care to share instructions with me. They had no info in the property on how to use anything or check out policies
