THE SPACE

You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the area of the Opera, Galeries Lafayettes and department stores. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum, Centre Georges Pompidou and le Marais. Many famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also located right next door.

This apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its old parquet floors, its fireplace and its long balcony on which you will see the Sacré Cœur.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 6 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Appreciated the response from livinparis. Very easy to work with and communicate with. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice. Only suggestion would be to add somewhere to hang a towel in restroom.

A great spot for our family of 5!

This was a perfect 2 night sleeping spot for our quick trip to Paris. Communication was very good and we had a great time.

40th anniversary stay

This flat was convenient to four different Metro stops, allowing us to get to our destinations without taking too much time. The flat itself met our needs (2 adults and an adult son). It was plenty roomy, and near to grocery stores.

Fantastic find!

This apartment was everything listed and more! It was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. It was handy to so many restaurants, shops, and sites in the Montmartre area—we couldn’t have been more pleased. Elise was amazing to work with and was able to check is in early so we could drop our luggage and explore Paris.

Nice stay in Paris

Very cute little apartment in Paris - quiet neighborhood and building. Note that the bathrooms are super clean and very modern (but tiny and only one toilet!). Lots of restaurants, shops and markets up and down the street and very close. Two metro stops that are <10 min walk. If you're OK walking, Gare d'Nord and Est are both 15-20 minutes away...

10 days in Paris!

Overall the property was nice but was not aware the apt is in a building that also houses a fashion school and co working space. Apt itself was nice but hallways were dark and lights were broken which made it seem less desirable then it actually is. The area is nice if you want to be away from the veterans of Paris it’s a 20-30 minute walk from the louvre area. It was fine for us big one should know this. The company was east to deal with and responsive when we had a noise issue.

Wonderful Paris apartment in the 10th arrondissement

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this modern apartment; it is located on the top floor of a five-story building and has an unobstructed 'Paris roof-top view' of Sacred Coeur. It is near lots of restaurants, shops, boulangeries, food/wine shops, and nearest Metro station is less than 10 minute walk. This is a street that has a few comedy clubs and can be loud on the weekend; although noise level is substantially muted once the doors are closed. The only minor inconvenience is the clothes dryer is not very efficient: 3 hours drying time and the clothes are still damp... Communication with the property manager is excellent: there were multiple parties involved throughout the process, all were extremely responsive and courteous! We appreciate this very much.

Paris Stay in Shared Building

Very nice apartment - smaller than the pictures portray - which seems the norm. The small room with the toilet is very narrow - and we constantly checked our hips coming in and out of the small room. It needs a hook for a hand towel in there. Some of the lights under the kitchen counter did not work. Could not figure out the washing machine in spite of the instructions in the QR Code. We were on the 4th floor - actually 5th, with the elevator going as fat as the 5th. This was not made clear in the description. The building is shared with a variety of other occupants. We had a man push his way into the building and became hostile when we said he needed to put in his own code. It would be useful to knjow who else is in the building; we think there was a music school or group; and some kind of theater group in there. We were told there were teachers up on the 4th floor. The area was fine - shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A 40 minute walk from Hotel de Ville.

Fabulous experience in the middle of Paris!

I cannot rave enough about this property. From the location, to the able full kitchen, amenities like washer/dryer combo, rainwater showerheads, and a gorgeous view of the Sacre Coeur, everything about this apartment seemed like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable (even one pull out, of which there seem to be two), the water was warm in the roomy showers, and there were an abundance of fans to keep us cool in the summer. The windows alone were enough for the most part, as the breeze going through the rooms was lovely. An elevator is available, but the last floor must be reached with stairs, so this is not a good location for someone who can't climb a single floor. We took the stairs from the bottom for the most part, however, and it was good exercise! The location is smack dab in the middle of dozens of delicious bars and restaurants (Junglii and L'Orient d'Or are both fantastic, by the way), walking distance to the Metro and only a twenty minute stroll to Galleries Lafayette. Two Franprix grocery stores are a few steps away. There's even a convenience store within spitting distance for quick needs. A bit of noise at night occurs due to the bars, but it isn't terribly noticable and dies down quickly. This felt like a true Paris experience, as if we were living there. Honestly, we would have love to have stayed longer. We had a minor electrical issue, which was immediately attended to and handled very quickly. Our teenagers were happy as well, with easy access to wi-fi Internet so they could take a break from the constant sightseeing! The view of the Paris rooftops at night looked like a movie set, it was so unreal. Our only minor complaint was the single toilet (two showers though!), which seldom bothered us but was an occasional slight hindrance with two teenagers who take a while. Outside of that, this was the loveliest of stays, and we highly recommend it for a family wanting to get away and pretend to be Parisians for a while. Thank you!

Great apartment, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment for our week stay in Paris. A great location with metro station within close walking distance makes it the perfect place to relax after a long day in the city. Easy check in, clean, and apartment as described. Love the balcony. Can get anywhere very quickly from this apartment. Lots of good restaurants and grocery store a block away.

We have never experienced this neighborhood. What a grand experience. The apartment was excellent and a great location between two Metro Stops. Plenty of resturaunts within walking distance and a very active social scene after 9 PM if desired. The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. The place is secure and quiet. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fun well located neighborhood and modern unit

We were 2 couples and the space was perfect. The toilet is separate but that worked out extremely well. Location and unit are attractive with great views and very modern unit. Kitchen had everything including washer & dryer. All appliances are new. Comfortable beds and nice towels. Close to 2 metro stops. Napoleon restaurant down the street was lively and very good food.
