Spectacular brand new home, ready for the summer!. This fantastic new home is a large four-bedroom ideally located close to the national forest land and has lovely views of Echo Peak and nightly sunsets. Children up to 5 years of age don't count as occupancy limit! The home features a rustic Tahoe feel with nice modern touches. Acacia hardwood floors and steel gray leather granite in the kitchen. Upgraded Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. Etched metal chandeliers and pendants. Natural Knotty Alder cabinets, doors, base, and case throughout. Etched mountain mirrors in the bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master King bedroom, two queen bedrooms on the bottom floor, and a lovely pullout couch.
Please beware that before booking your stay, our property management company requires you to sign a contract to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.
VHR 073577 TAX TOT # 067613. This house has a max of 4 cars, no parking on the street, 8 guests max, and kids under 5 are not included on the headcount. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

There is no central or portable AC; there is one unit for smaller properties and two for larger ones.

Winter stay

We had a great time here in Meyer’s. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, skiing and other entertainment is close by. It was easy to check in and check out.

Not what we planned on, but a great spot nonetheless

Originally we had a house booked in the Lakeland Village area, but the night before departure, the property manager notified us of a water leak and moved us into this house. While not in the original location we were hoping for (closer to Heavenly, the lake, and a hot tub), the new spot was clean, quiet, and spacious. 5 Stars to the management for having an option for us and making the transition to the new spot seamless.

We loved this place so much. We were skiing Sierra so really easy to get there from this quiet neighborhood. Everything we could have wanted was in the house. We liked it so much we rented the same place for next Spring!

This was our first experience renting through Vrbo and we had a great experience. Checking in/out was easy. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed despite how much we ended up bringing just in case. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

We had the best time here at the newly constructed cabin. Everything was perfect, very clean, beds were comfortable and a fenced backyard for the kids to enjoy. The location is good as we were close to activities we had planned. My wife's favorite part was decks on both sides of the house was very cool Front/back of the house having some wine watching the sunset it was heaven. We highly recommend this unit to any small family.

Lovely home in Meyers

This home is generously appointed with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. It has a real neighborhood feel, tucked into the forest. Coffee shop, restaurant, and grocery store are in walking distance It's farther away from Heavenly Village but if you're looking for less traffic, this is your place

The Most Amazing House!!!

Wow! Luxe Vaca was amazing The home was brand new and just beautiful. Spotless. Every amenity you could imagine, luxury bedding, soft beds, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen. We will be back for sure. Celebrated my daughters marriage but we will for sure stay again!!! Just amazing and a good price!!!

Lovely property

Our group included 6 adults and 3 children (6, 7 & 10) plus 1 medium sized dog. This was our first time ever using VRBO and it was a positive experience! The house size was perfect for us, it was very spacious and the home is fairly new. The 2 younger kids did have trouble in the bathrooms being too small to reach the sinks. Loved having the board games available, we played all 3 nights. The home was very clean on arrival - however, the dishes were dirty/were put away in the cupboards still dirty, and the utensils were dusty as well.

Great house

You can tell this house is newly built or newly remodeled. It's a very nice, large house. It was clean, well furnished, kitchen was well stocked, wifi worked great. Location is very convenient to Sierra at Tahoe and South Lake Tahoe and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It fit our needs great and overall was a very enjoyable stay. We had some minor issues- every bowl (there were at least 12) in the cabinet was dirty (like stuck on food remnants) which was odd and inconvenient as we had to run them through the dishwasher before we could use them. The cleaning service left towels drying in the dryer. These things were just annoying considering the high cleaning fee. The communication from the property management was often conflicting. We received 2 different codes for the door (only 1 worked), conflicting instructions on trash removal (we opted to put all the trash in the bear box when we left), and were told to enter a different code in the door when we left which just unlocked the door. Overall a really great house with some minor issues.

Amazing Property!

My belief is that if I am going to stay anywhere other than the comforts of my own it has to be equal to or better to those comforts. This was the place. I appreciated the process from check in to check out. I received communication emails from the time I booked until the time I checked out. As far as the home itself, they thought of every convenience possible that you may have at home and then some. There were beach chairs, towels, games, portable A/C, ceiling fans in every bedroom plus all of the necessary bathroom amenities. The 2 patios had ample seating plus a fire pit out back. The tablet on the wall as you walk in the door was very helpful to find local restaurants, details on your stay, WiFi code, etc. My only suggestion would be to label the light switches for the kitchen as one of them controls the fan in the living room. Also, we couldn’t seem to get the bathroom fans to work or they were really quiet. Unfortunately it was a short stay for us but will definitely return!

The facility was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very clean and functional. there a few items that need addressing 1. the bar stools are very uncomfortable. 2. the downstairs bath exaust fan did not work 3. the bar b que was out of propane, we had to get an exchange and left 90% of it at the facility. (your welcome!) 4. the sofa makes it very hard to access the front deck/ outdoor breakfast area. we had to actually move the sofa to be able get to the sliding door. 5. The kitchen knives were all very dull, and the shapening rod was missing from the knife holding block on the counter. 6. there were only cushions on 2 of the five patio chairs. 7. we could not find a dust pan anywhere in the house. 8. we were somewhat disappointed to not be able to purchase an early check in, 9. we had a double charge on my credit card for the addition of a second dog. these are all minor issues that should have been addressed, considering the rental rate we paid. overall the stay was very nice.

Beautiful, well appointed home. Amazing customer service

We spent a wonderful 11 nights in this beautiful home. It is very tastefully decorated and everything is in great condition. We were a group of 7. We had plenty of room for us all. We prepared & enjoyed most meals in the house. The kitchen had everything you needed from cookware, serve-ware, and plenty of place settings for us all. We had a few small issues (sticking garage door/ low propane for BBQ/ broken sprinkler head in yard/ broken towel bar) and the LuxVaca folks fixed them the day we reported them! They were amazing and have such great service. I was a little concerned that the house in Meyers would be too far from the lake. But it really is only a 6 minute drive from the Y which gets you just about everywhere on the lake. We also enjoyed bike trails, walking to the market, hitting balls at the golf course and kayaking from Sawmill Rd which are all just a few blocks from this house. The house is furnished beautifully and was very comfortable. I loved all the artwork. The back of the house got pretty hot, that paired with the crazy amount of bugs and pollen this year kept us from using the back patio for dining. But a surprise to us was a mini air conditioner in the family room. It was just enough to cool down the family room in the afternoon on our hottest days. One suggestion is to get some blinds on the family room and kitchen windows. The windows are beautiful and large, but they are blinding in the morning and for a few hours at night. One of the bedrooms has a conversion sofa which our girls found to be uncomfortable.The other rooms had nice comfortable mattresses. The master fortunately had 2 roll away beds which we brought those mattresses to put on the sofa for our girls to bit more comfortable. It worked fairly well. We had an amazing vacation and made so many great family memories. Thank you to the owners and the hosts. We would love to return to stay again.

We'd stay again

Loved the place, better than the pictures. Very clean with modern appliances. Tons of goodies in the kitchen, loved the firm mattresses and the wide open arrangements. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Some minor things (very minor, nothing to knock off stars over): would have been nice to have an iron/ironing board and a Swiffer mop. The TV picks up app-based shows but didn't get regular TV/cable stations. (My gf likes to watch TV when she falls asleep. Most people on vacation won't care.)

Lake Tahoe escape

Lake tahoe is such a beauty area and it connected with me so much I am considering moving to the area!! It was my first visit with friends and it was just amazing! The property was private, clean, well maintained, kitchen had plenty, and beds are comfortable. Great property!!!
