Logement plutôt bien placé pour profiter de la Costa esmeralda.Les photos ne sont pas toutes en adéquation avec la réalité (la terrasse de dessous fait partie d’un autre logement).Logement bien équipé mais pas super bien insonorisé (entendre les voisins aller aux toilettes de la chambre d’adulte c’est pas top ) et chambre enfants avec un plafond très bas (pas idéal pour 2 adolescents).

what a great pity that these guests did not contact me during their stay. I am always available vie e mail, sms or whats app.The small noise issue would have been resolved immediately. There is another appartment beneath the main appartment but it is only for personal use and hardly ever used in the peak season. Ii is written in the description, that there is a mezzanine and usually young teenagers love it. I Can only suggest that if the guests are not sure about anything, they contact me , before using instant booking. Just to remind you that you are staying in the very chic costa smeralda and my prices at the moment are reasonable.

Einfach freche Gastgeberin

Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Aber die Gastgeberin einfach frech, indem sie mir Vorwürft ich habe eine gardinenstange kaputt gemacht weswegen ich jetzt noch mal 20 zahlen muss. Zudem wirft sie mir vor ich habe die Bude dreckig hinterlassen,ich habe die Bude Besen rein hinterlassen und mein Job getan wie abgesprochen. Ich verstehe nicht was sie erwartet hat. Ich hab sogar ihre Handtücher alle gewaschen, Müll weggebracht vor der Abreise. Kann ich einfach nicht verstehen. Einfach nur frech ich hoffe sie kriegen weniger Gäste. Zudem hab ich die Gastgeberin nicht einmal gesehen, obwohl sie unter der Wohnung wohnt. Hätte die sich nicht beschwert wegen 20 wären es 5 Sterne geworden. Aber mit so zu kommen ist einfach unterste Schublade. Ich Zahl eine Reinigungsgebühr, und habe wirklich nicht ein Saustall hinterlassen. Kauf nen besseren Staubsauger dann habt ihr kein Sand mehr da. Ich habe 4 mal gestaubssugt in meinem Urlaub. Kann ich nicht empfehlen

My guests were very disappointing, they were young and single and simply did not leave my property in the condition that found it in. The group contact ,Carlo, was fine and very polite but the others were noisy and untidy( Drunk and shouting at 3 in the morning) The cleaners spent 5 hours cleaning the apartment ( rubbish , pizza cartons and cigarette ash outside) and I found a broken curtain rail. This is why I had to ask 20 euros participation. Italy has a very strict policy on garbage and recycling and impose fines if the garbage is not sorted properly. I did try very hard to make my guests feel at home and always replied quickly to any of their requests. I Know they enjoyed the home I provided, and the location in beautiful coast smeralada. But Unfortunately, the apartment is my home and needs to be treated with respect;

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen. Ganz in der Nähe von Porto Cervo. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir waren in Summe 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Dafür hat es gut gereicht. Die Spülmaschine ist leider sehr klein, so dass man oft und zusätzlich von Hand spülen musste. Im oberen kleinen Badezimmer für die Kinder war leider keine Tür, was die Benutzung auch etwas einschränkte. Sonst war alles wirklich Top und Pamela war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war super und sie hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Essensmöglichkeiten für uns. Vielen Dank!
