DESCRIPTION
Our colorful 1-room apartment ›Schmetterling‹ is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people,
- approx. 43 sqm
- bedroom with double bed (1.80 m)
- 1 living room with sofa bed (for 1 child)
- Modern bathroom with walk-in shower

The bedroom and kitchen are separated from each other by a sliding door. The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen-cum-living room via the bedroom (see floor plan).

FURNISHING
Kitchen: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

The basic equipment includes a laundry package (1x bed linen per person & 1x shower and hand towel, bath mat, tea towel). Furthermore, all articles for daily needs: soap, hair dryer, sink, tabs, rags, baking paper, salt, etc.)

All apartments are equipped with valuable untreated natural table salt from our salt shop.

THE PECULIARITY
That certain something extra about our SALZ ›T‹ RÄUME AM SEE holiday accommodation is the interior design with the new trend material Himalayan salt in the three apartments ›Butterfly‹, ›Squirrel‹ and ›Fox‹. The primordial salt creates air containing minerals in the rooms, similar to that found in the sea or in salt mines. The orange-red Himalayan salt not only gives the room a special atmosphere - natural salt is also known for its health-promoting effects. Because we all know the revitalizing effect of the salty marine climate.

TERRACE, GARDEN & RENTAL
Our guests have a spacious lawn and a terrace with two seating groups (one of them under a pavilion). Furthermore, 1 grill, 5 bicycles & 2 rubber boats are available for free rental.

PARKING
A total of 4 free parking spaces are available in front of the house for all 3 residential units. There is also a free public car park around 200 m away.

LOCATION
The spa town of Bad Saarow captivates with its breathtaking nature and its proximity to the metropolis of Berlin. Our 3 apartments are literally between the forest and the lake - the forest hiking trail begins practically behind the garden fence and the swimming area is just 250m away. A sandy beach can be reached on foot along the lake in about 7 minutes.
Bad Saarow is easily accessible from Berlin with the regional train (approx. 1 hour drive) and via the motorway (approx. 45 minutes drive).
There is a bus stop near the property. It is approached by a bus line from the train station in Bad Saarow. Our accommodation is easily reachable on foot in about 20 minutes via Seestraße along the Scharmützelsee.
There are various shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants right at the train station.
The SaarowTherme thermal baths can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

TAX
A tourist tax is payable in the spa town of Bad Saarow, which must be paid in cash on arrival and is paid to the municipality of Bad Saarow. With the issued health card Bad Saarow visitors receive discounts u. a. in the SaarowTherme and free bus transfer in the Oder-Spree district. Please inform yourself about the current statutes and any discounts before arrival.
