Great location!

Just a short drive to niagara falls and surrounding area. This place was cozy, had everything we needed, and we loved all the little extras that made our stay special! (extra pillows and blankets, coffee, local travel brochures). Favorite stay of our trip!

Amazing Place!!

This was a very nice place to stay and Janet was so kind! The apartment was located in a nice area as well. When I revisit I will absolutely come back to this place

Great loft with great location

My father and I went up to watch the bills game and had a great time!! The loft was clean and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if I come back!!

Great homebase for Niagara Falls

We used this as a homebase to explore the Niagara Falls area. very quiet neighborhood. Close to all the falls attractions. For good seafood try the River Grill less than 2 miles away. It is out of the way and not cheap, but has great food.

Great rental

Janet was very accomidating and easy to communicate with. She let us change the dates of our stay due to a huge snowstorm. The rental was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy Loft!!

Our stay here was peaceful, which we needed. The place was as advertised. Check in was easy, communication with Janet the owner was quick to respond to messages, very helpful and was friendly. Our stay was great. It could use some curtains in the loft as the sun comes right in during the morning through the shades and newer pillows, just a personal opinion.

Perfect location

It's a quiet and clean location to stay. Everything is easily accessible. The Owner is very helpful and responsive. I would stay there again. Of course, the bed isn't as comfortable as my own bed at home, but while vacationing outside of town, it is to be expected. Therefore, I rate it 5 stars.

Loft was very cozy and comfortable. It was also very spacious. Janet was quick to respond to questions. Area was very quiet. There were lots of amenities in the loft. Tonawanda is very close to Buffalo and provided easy access to highways. I really enjoyed my stay and would do so again next time I am in the area.

Fantastic Stay

The Loft was wonderful! Janet thought of everything one could possibly need in creating this great hideaway! The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were high quality and soft, the the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could need, and the house was impeccably clean. The location was fantastic! A quiet little neighborhood seconds away from 190 (you couldn't hear the traffic though). 15 minutes to Niagara Falls, 15 minutes to canalside and downtown Buffalo, you couldn't ask for a better location! Thanks Janet for a wonderful stay!

Janet was a super host & extremely responsive! 5 stars all the way around! The loft was super clean, modern, well furnished and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked including a wide range of cookware and much more than just the basic rental essentials. I was able to work remotely days and visit my mom in the ECMC hospital. Off-street parking in a quiet, nice neighborhood. I felt safe taking early morning walks, and coming home late from the hospital. Location super convenient, Would definitely stay again! Steve"

While I've learned many things along the way, it's been very rewarding to see many people travel from such long distances to experience this beautiful city and stay here. My 5 year old twin nieces call my place "Aunt Janet's hotel"!

As a child, I grew up in Western New York and I still call it home today. This unit is across the street from a school and I fell in love with the "park-like setting" it creates. I enjoy sharing it with travelers!

The second floor loft is a quiet spa-like space that allows you to escape for a secret nap, or enjoy some pleasant quiet-time.
