Welcome to Coastal Three, this is an island retreat just one block from the beach! From the moment you enter this spacious 5bedroom/5bath three-story design, you will immediately feel like your vacation has started!

The home is laid out perfectly for one or multiple families vacationing together! This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home features two master suites on two different floors as well as two separate bedrooms, one with two queens, the other with one queen on first floor! In addition to all of this space, the entire third floor is a dedicated bunk room with built in twin beds and a hang out area for the kids! The third floor also has an amazing balcony with ocean views to catch some rays during the day or watch the sunset at night! All bedrooms have smart TV's and full Xfinity cable packages.

The open great room & dining room overlook a gourmet kitchen complete with custom cabinetry and Thermador stainless steel appliance package. The chefs kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need in your home away from home! Off of the great room, there are porches and balconies to enjoy a morning coffee or after dinner drink! The home has two Weber gas grills, one on the first floor, pool level as well as one on the kitchen level.

The pool level features an awesome kitchenette with ice maker, fridge and sink for making pool side drinks after a long day at the beach! As you step outside you will realize this pool is an awesome spot to relax with plenty of seating in the shade, comfy couches and chairs for lounging and a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings!
Home includes all of the beach gear that you will need including beach bikes, chairs, umbrella's and games!

On the garage level of the home there is ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a basket ball hoop-shoot game! Tons of fun for all of the family and tons of space for cars and golf carts!

Must be 35 years of age or older to rent this house. No smoking or pets. The maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 12. Please note, IOP is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels so no parties and large gatherings after 10 PM. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has the relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins. from all downtown Charleston has to offer. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks, jet skis or boats, has an amazing recreation center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and indoor and outdoor basketball courts. This is truly a one of a kind home in an excellent location on Isle of Palms with the beach and Intercostal Waterway just steps away!
