The villa is located in the Pla Senieta urbanization, a quiet urbanization and about 700 meters from the center of Calpe. The beaches are about 1.2 km away and the first restaurant is about 400 meters away. The villa is built on 2 floors (the ground floor is closed and uninhabited during rentals - only the upper floor is for rent).
The location of this villa is quiet, in an urbanization, and only 700 meters from the center of Calpe, as well as the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The sandy beach is just 1.2 km away. The parking area is located on the plot and 3 to 4 vehicles can be parked there.
