This charming, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom three story home is located in the most lovely area of Harbour Town. It sits between the Lighthouse and the 16th green of Harbour Town Links Golf Course, just off the 18th fairway and Calibogue Sound, in the very heart of Harbour Town. In addition, you're only a 1.5 mile bike or car ride to the fabulous new Beach Club. You won't find a more quaint area of Sea Pines and will want to return again year after year.

The home is the perfect mix of private space and proximity to everything Sea Pines and Harbour Town have to offer. It is a large and spacious villa within walking, biking or shuttle distance to the shops, restaurants, the beach, and any water sport activities available within the Harbour Town Marina area. It is also only a two minute walk to the beautiful, newly renovated (heated!), private, Harbour Town swimming pool and world class tennis facility. The members-only Harbour Town pool is also available for use by our guests.

With a spacious floor plan, including a newly redecorated living room, dining room, and bedrooms, the villa has ample room for one large family, or for several families, couples, or groups of golfers or tennis buffs The first floor has a game room/sunroom, large dining room, well stocked and newly renovated kitchen, wet bar, living room and half bath. There is also access to a first floor patio and dipping pool from the living room on the main level.

The second floor has 3 Master bedrooms, including a Master suite, a King bedroom with private bath including tub and shower; a second King bedroom with private bath; and a third King bedroom with private bath (shower). The laundry facilities are also available on this level. The third floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and single trundle beneath, and the other with two sets of bunk beds. The third level also has a full bath with tub and shower.

Recent upgrades include: complimentary WiFi; new Flat Screen SMART TV's (HDTV/DVD) in the Living Room, Den, and 3rd floor play area. There are flat panel TVs in the master suite and all 5 bedrooms, as well as 2 DVD players. We have also just completed a must see kitchen renovation that is sure to make your vacation even more enjoyable.

The home has a partial view of the The Sound from the patio area. Take the short walk to Harbour Town and you'll find fabulous nearby restaurants, shops, and superb waterfront activities - including it's world famous vacation marina - all in the shadow of the iconic Harbour Town Light House. Our location is guaranteed to make your stay enjoyable!

The pristine beaches of Hilton Head are a leisurely shuttle or bike ride on the Harbour Town Trolley. Explore the more than 30 miles of bike trails within Sea Pines, and thrill the kids by spotting alligators and turtles by the lagoons. The activities on Hilton Head are endless, this is truly one of the best vacation Islands in the United States.

Sea Pines guest passes are provided for our renters and a pool access card is also available for the beautiful Harbour Town pool.

What makes this house unique

The area of Harbour Town that our villa is in is hand's down the most unique area in Harbour Town, we have peek-a-boo views of the Sound and the 18th Tee. We are also just a hop & a skip to the 16th green which is perfect for Heritage week.

The Beach: The newly renovated (and amazing) Sea Pines Beach Club is a quick 5 min drive or a leisurely 15 minute bike ride away. We are also a very short walk to a trolley stop that will transport you to the beach as well as many other Sea Pines highlights.

Golf: Our home is located on the Harbour Town golf course. There are two other excellent courses in Sea Pines (Ocean Course & Heron Point)and, of course, many more on the Island.

Tennis: The famous Sea Pines Racquet Club is a short walk from our home. You can sign up for drill of the day, round robins, lessons, reserve court time or shop for the latest apparel in the pro shop. The tennis pros are top notch as are the courts and facilities.

Eating: Hilton Head is known for its fine restaurants. Several are located within Seapines and at the entrance to Sea Pines. Dancing and sports bars are also found there.

Pickleball: for Pickleball enthusiasts, the Island Rec Center is about a 15 minute drive. They offer daily Pickleball and good competition for any level. Pickleball is gaining popularity on the Island and you can rent courts very reasonably at close by Palmetto Dunes.

Hiking and Exploring: There are plenty of places to hike and explore in Sea Pines and close by. Hiking, biking, birdwatching and photography are popular in Sea Pines, Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, etc... A visit will take you back in time and is rated a 5 star experience. The forest preserves in Sea Pines allow you to explore the beauty and harmony of nature in the low country.

Three Generations

Our two children, their spouses, our four grandchildren (7,3,3, and 1) and the two of us just spent a week in this home, and truly enjoyed it. It was very clean (you would never suspect that it is pet-friendly!) spacious, well equipped and convenient to downtown Harbor Town. Also, I had a few questions about the property during the last couple of days before we arrived, and Thomas Roach was great about getting right back to me with the information. We would definitely be happy staying there again.

Great location and property

We enjoyed our stay and were within easy walking distance of Harbor Town. The house was very nice with ample space to accommodate everyone. We used the sleeper sofa on the main floor for one guest who could not climb stairs, as none of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. We did not have time to check out the pool or golf course on this trip, but it was nice that they were available. Check in and check out were easy and the staff at the Wyndham were very helpful. Definitely recommend this property.

Lovely pet-friendly property in a quiet area of Sea Pines!

We were thrilled to find a place where we could bring our dog in HHI, and this place was a real gem. The house is located at the end of a small, private residential street, close to Harbour Town, and very quiet. There seemed to be many local residents living nearby.

The home was very clean and modern, with a nice decor, and all the amenities you could ask for. While there were only two of us, we enjoyed this spacious home, with a fantastic master bedroom (having an extremely comfortable bed), a luxurious master bathroom, a gourmet kitchen (which we hardly used), and family room with a huge sectional and flatscreen TV.

There are three parking spaces at the house - a concrete pad for one car to the right of the front door, and one asphalt pad for two cars around the corner of the house. Both driveways are pretty short, and my mid-sized SUV fit perfectly. But I'd bet a larger SUV or pickup would hang a bit into the roadway.

We made good use of the bike trails--or walking trails, in our case. Harbour Town is just under a ten minute walk away. We walked around many of the trails, as well as to the Sea Pines shopping center with our dog for some shopping and lunch (just 1.3 miles away). The beach was a bit too far to walk so we drove, although a trolley runs every 30 minutes.

We only wished there were a curtain or some blinds along the sliding patio door which we could close for some privacy when it was dark outside. Regardless, we'll definitely stay here again if we return to HHI!
