This charming, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom three story home is located in the most lovely area of Harbour Town. It sits between the Lighthouse and the 16th green of Harbour Town Links Golf Course, just off the 18th fairway and Calibogue Sound, in the very heart of Harbour Town. In addition, you're only a 1.5 mile bike or car ride to the fabulous new Beach Club. You won't find a more quaint area of Sea Pines and will want to return again year after year.

The home is the perfect mix of private space and proximity to everything Sea Pines and Harbour Town have to offer. It is a large and spacious villa within walking, biking or shuttle distance to the shops, restaurants, the beach, and any water sport activities available within the Harbour Town Marina area. It is also only a two minute walk to the beautiful, newly renovated (heated!), private, Harbour Town swimming pool and world class tennis facility. The members-only Harbour Town pool is also available for use by our guests.

With a spacious floor plan, including a newly redecorated living room, dining room, and bedrooms, the villa has ample room for one large family, or for several families, couples, or groups of golfers or tennis buffs The first floor has a game room/sunroom, large dining room, well stocked and newly renovated kitchen, wet bar, living room and half bath. There is also access to a first floor patio and dipping pool from the living room on the main level.

The second floor has 3 Master bedrooms, including a Master suite, a King bedroom with private bath including tub and shower; a second King bedroom with private bath; and a third King bedroom with private bath (shower). The laundry facilities are also available on this level. The third floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and single trundle beneath, and the other with two sets of bunk beds. The third level also has a full bath with tub and shower.

Recent upgrades include: complimentary WiFi; new Flat Screen SMART TV's (HDTV/DVD) in the Living Room, Den, and 3rd floor play area. There are flat panel TVs in the master suite and all 5 bedrooms, as well as 2 DVD players. We have also just completed a must see kitchen renovation that is sure to make your vacation even more enjoyable.

The home has a partial view of the The Sound from the patio area. Take the short walk to Harbour Town and you'll find fabulous nearby restaurants, shops, and superb waterfront activities - including it's world famous vacation marina - all in the shadow of the iconic Harbour Town Light House. Our location is guaranteed to make your stay enjoyable!

The pristine beaches of Hilton Head are a leisurely shuttle or bike ride on the Harbour Town Trolley. Explore the more than 30 miles of bike trails within Sea Pines, and thrill the kids by spotting alligators and turtles by the lagoons. The activities on Hilton Head are endless, this is truly one of the best vacation Islands in the United States.

The location was great and easy to get to the beach and playgrounds. One playground we visited several times was within walking distance. The host was very responsive about questiins or needs we had. It was a nice place to stay for our family of 15.

Loved this home right next to the Harbour Town Golf Links with the easiest walk to Harbour Town and the playground! Great room to stay in with a baby (if you’re in the master) and plenty of space for family. The host team was wonderful and supportive! A few issues stood out from the last renters and the team was quick to respond and acknowledge.

Everything was awesome. Loved the inside of the house and accommodated our crew. The pool was disappointing we didn’t get to use it, not even once because it was so dirty. Don’t think the crew ever cleaned it before or during our stay.

The house was spacious for our girls' weekend. The house was just as pictured on VRBO and the location was perfect. If we come back to Hilton Head, we would stay at this VRBO again.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to all Sea Pines has to offer. We rented bikes and went to beach. We were disappointed that in the listing it stated we could go to heated pool in sea pines and we could not.. the pool we could go to was closed and the heated pool at club was not available to us. The pool at the house was very dirty and kids did not want to get in. We went to beach and enjoyed it. We loved walking to the lighthouse every evening for breakfast and dinner. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. Thank you for letting us stay!

Amazing Villa in Sea Pines

We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines. The location, amenities and layout of this villa were perfect for our group of 12. The property was very comfortable, with updated decor and the location to Harbor Town is unbelievable. We had a mix of golfers and non golfers, so the ease of walking to nearby places and activities, shops and restaurants suited us well. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Friends Weekend

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The home is beautifully decorated, very well maintained and within walking distance to Harbour Town Pier and its gorgeous views. The host and property owner were kind and considerate reaching out to us prior to our arrival and after our departure. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful home on Harbour town golf course!

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s home. Perfect location in Harbour Town - walking distance to restaurants, shops and tennis/golf. We rode bikes to the beach everyday and was only a 15 minute bike ride. Home was very clean! Tom was also very easy to get in contact with.

Great spring-break getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sea Pines! House is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Beds super comfortable. More than enough space for two families to eat and spend time together in doors. Great location - just a short walk or bike ride to picturesque Harbour Town, with shops and access to outdoor activities. Tom was super quick to respond to questions and resolve any concerns.

Family Vacation

This property was absolutely perfect! This house was exactly how it was listed, the kids room was perfect for my niece and nephew and brother and sister-in-law to stay, my other niece, who is under to love to run around the house it was perfect and open. we all gathered in the family room at night. This house was perfect walking distance, 5 to 10 minutes to Harbour Town. Late night ice cream runs were super easy for the kids. There was a general store also located in Harbour Town. Getting in touch with the Property manager was very easy and helped answer any questions! Would definitely stay at this location again for any future family gatherings!

We had a memorable time in Harbour Town area in Hilton Head

First of all Thomas was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to a couple of questions I had about the house. This was a special family vacation starting with my milestone birthday and Father’s Day and the best weather all week and engaging in different very enjoyable activities and meals at local restaurants The house was beautiful inside, very clean and spacious and was very accommodating for our family, five adults and four children for sleeping arrangements and meals, including the kitchen and two dining areas. The only glitch at first was about the swimming pool situation. The home pool was smaller than I imagined from its picture, but the other option was reported to be use of a community pool. Not so. The Harbour Town one no longer offered day or week passes as before and the other possibility was a pool at South Beach where we’ve stayed before, but that was being remodeled and not in use. My worry about only having the small pool for the four grandkids was unnecessary. As Thomas predicted they enjoyed it just fine. We took advantage of the closeness to the Harbour Town area for several different activities, and getting to the Sea Pines Beach was easy with the Sea Pines shuttle, pick up near the Harbour Town Club pool and return there.

Golf trip to Hilton Head

Myself and three friends vacationed in Hilton Head for a 5 day golf trip. Thomas's place was appealing to us since there were 5 bedrooms and everyone could have their own privacy. We could not have been more pleased. The place was spacious, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed, and the location was second to none. There was one time I had to contact Thomas and he was very easy to get ahold of and solved my issue immediately. We're hoping to take another trip back, and this will be the first place I check for availability. Great stay!!

Surprise Engagement

Couldn’t have been more happy with my stay. It was a surprise engagement for my girlfriend and I. This house was perfect for our group. Tom was very accommodating. It had plenty of beds for our group and amazing views. We got some great photos by the golf course after the surprise. It was my first time in Hilton Head and felt like I got the full experience from the close proximity to the beach club, south beach, and harbor town. We walked into harbor town for dinner every night. Would love to rent this place again!!!! Thanks Tom!!

Great house, phenomenal location!

We have stayed in this property the last few years, and it is fantastic! It's clear the owners listen to feedback, and have taken care to add little things (like a new pan for cooking), and the house is well kept. Why they chose this property

This is the very best spot in on the very best island, Hilton Head!

What makes this property unique

The area of Harbour Town that our villa is in is hand's down the most unique area in Harbour Town, we have peek-a-boo views of the Sound and the 18th Tee. We are also just a hop & a skip to the 16th green which is perfect for Heritage week.

The Beach: The newly renovated (and amazing) Sea Pines Beach Club is a quick 5 min drive or a leisurely 15 minute bike ride away. We are also a very short walk to a trolley stop that will transport you to the beach as well as many other Sea Pines highlights.

Golf: Our home is located on the Harbour Town golf course. There are two other excellent courses in Sea Pines (Ocean Course & Heron Point)and, of course, many more on the Island.

Tennis: The famous Sea Pines Racquet Club is a short walk from our home. You can sign up for drill of the day, round robins, lessons, reserve court time or shop for the latest apparel in the pro shop. The tennis pros are top notch as are the courts and facilities.

Eating: Hilton Head is known for its fine restaurants. Several are located within Seapines and at the entrance to Sea Pines. Dancing and sports bars are also found there.

Pickleball: for Pickleball enthusiasts, the Island Rec Center is about a 15 minute drive. They offer daily Pickleball and good competition for any level. Pickleball is gaining popularity on the Island and you can rent courts very reasonably at close by Palmetto Dunes.

Hiking and Exploring: There are plenty of places to hike and explore in Sea Pines and close by. Hiking, biking, birdwatching and photography are popular in Sea Pines, Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, etc... A visit will take you back in time and is rated a 5 star experience. The forest preserves in Sea Pines allow you to explore the beauty and harmony of nature in the low country.
