Step into this perfect Port St. Joe retreat and make yourself at home in no time with modern touches, gray and white accents, a bright interior, and the perfect location to check out all of the best attractions of this coastal city. This charming home is located in a beach community and only a four-minute walk to the beach! If you're looking for exceptional views of the sunset, make sure to visit Cape San Blas.

After full days of fun at the beach or exploring town, there will be plenty of places to kick back and relax including a large living room complete with plush leather sofas and a TV, and four wonderful bedrooms for some privacy when need be. If you want to have a bit of fun close to home base, the shared pool awaits for a quick dip or tanning day in the sunshine. Plus, the furnished screened patio will be just the place to sip a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Don't worry about needing to get work done while away either, as free high-speed WiFi awaits for attending Zoom meetings with ease!

This retreat also boasts a game room in the garage, which has a darts board, giant Jenga, a gaming table that plays air hockey, foosball, and table tennis, and plenty of other board games to keep you all entertained during your stay!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice home, but needs more comfort

Loved the double kitchen and how much space inside. Definitely can fit two vehicles in the garage with no issue. Access to pool and beach are a nice bonus just wished parking was a little easier.

Relaxing, safe, convenient.

I booked for a family girls trip and we all loved the property. It was very clean and very spacious! The walk to the beach was not very long at all and I was taking my two year old in a stroller and my 9 year old. The shops and restaurants in the neighborhood were very convenient. The pizza place was fast and really good pizza! We really enjoyed our stay and would want to book again.

Spring Break

Beach Vacation

Floor was dirty, put baby on floor upon arriving and his knees and hands was dirty when picking him up. Ceiling fan in master called to have repaired as it didn't work properly. Shower nozzle was unscrewed some and leaking but repair guy fixed it. There was no giant Jenga. However none of this was any issue we still had a wonderful time. Place is beautiful and a very welcoming home. We had a very nice time and the air conditioning was amazing.

Summer fun

The house was very nice. The outlets in both bathrooms did not work. Also the internet kept cutting out, so not great phone service, TV or electronic devices. It was also more than a 5 min. walk. But we drove down to get to beach.. We had a blast. We caught 12 blue crabs. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Best beach getaway!

This house was the literal definition of perfect! We just got back from a week there and wish I could have spent a lifetime! The house is VERY well equipped with anything you could need and has top of the line everything! More space than we even imagined from the pictures!! It’s in a great community with an amazing pool and easy beach access. We will definitely be staying here again!
