This house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a garage. You have an ocean view from the front of the house including the balcony from the 2nd floor and a window view from the 3rd floor. In the back, you have an overlook of the pool and canal from the back porch, 2nd-floor balcony, and 3rd-floor windows. The third floor has a queen over queen and a twin over twin bunk beds, then you have 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. The bottom floor is your living space, dining room, and kitchen.

Everything is accessible except for the owner's storage closet.

There are 2 parking spots only if you need additional parking please request and confirm before booking.

The boat dock has an 18-hour limit and there is a 2-lane road between the house and the beach. To dock your boat for longer than 18 hours you would have to take it out and then bring it back to break the 18-hour dock limit. There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking, trailers must be parked at the boat ramp and a Trailer parking pass is required. Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.

This property can be booked with "Seaworthy" which is a 2 bedroom condo that easily sleeps 6 and includes a boat slip with a lift. This condo is about a 1/2 mile from Beach Daze. Please check availability and reach out with questions.

There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking, trailers must be parked at the boat ramp and Trailer parking pass is required.

Bedroom 2: TV, Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: TV, Queen Bed and a balcony with Gulf view (peek-a-book, pictured)
Bedroom 4: 3rd floor, queen over queen and a single over single bunk beds, TV, view of canal and pool. 

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
