Newly renovated, clean fisherman's paradise located in the heart of Chokoloskee Island. Close to restaurants, park, grocery store, and boat and kayak rentals. Master bedroom has king sized bed and full on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Full second bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Additional sleeper sofa with full size bed in sun room. Full kitchen with new appliances, microwave, coffee maker. Open deck patio with Propane grill for outdoor cooking NO frying inside rental please. Three night minimum. Boat slip included and boat ramp available within 2 minute drive. (Fee to launch) Additional amenities include full in-house washer/dryer, central A/C and ceiling fans throughout the house. Wi/Fi internet only Ruku installed We provide a starter of many essentials such as all paper goods, soaps for bath and kitchen, linens, towels, and many other condiments to make your stay comfortable.
Parkway Village is a Full service Marina for fuel. Ice, drinks, bait, sunscreen, sandwiches, drinks etc. You can splash your boat here. Open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (office)

Everglades National Park now requires you to take a free online boating course and purchase a pass for boating. Go to the ENP website for information. NO pets or smoking allowed

We have stayed at this property in the past, and enjoy staying here as it comes with a boat parking spot and the place accommodates our group well. The kitchen is stocked well, the place is clean, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great stay in Chokoloskee!

Spring time fishing trip

The place is nice and roomy. It's in a neat little neighborhood. And has a dock associated with the property. Great spot for fishing or touring the Ten Thousand Islands/Everglades .

Well Equipped Home

Kay met us on arrival and kindly got us oriented around the property. Kay has equipped her home with everything we could need. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The patio and gas grill were pluses.
