Wonderful location

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was so close to everything we wanted. The decor and artwork are so tastefully chosen. It was perfect and we felt so comfortable staying here. We also enjoyed the balcony. Please add extra blankets for the beds would be my only request.

Perfect Location

I’m in love with this apartment and will be back. This apartment was high end, located in the most perfect area. One block away from main strip with endless restaurants and shops. The water was a couple more blocks down and we could see from our balcony. I loved absolutely everything about it. Easy to get your keys. A block away and in a lockbox. Everything done on an app. LOVE this place. Can’t speak enough about it.

We adored the stylish, sophisticated and stunning decor, art, furniture and apartment layout. Comfortable, clean, modern, spacious, peaceful and fully equipped. The location was perfect for all holiday experiences shopping, dining, the beach and the station. An exceptional apartment that we hope to rent for much longer next year. We cannot thank you enough Monsieur Roland for the opportunity to rent your magnificent home in the beautiful surrounds of Nice. We can’t think of one thing - we loved it!

Parfait pour un long séjour!

Grand, au calme et bien éclairé cet appartement est parfait pour un long séjour. Sa situation est centrale pour visiter le tout Nice à pieds. Bien équipé, cuisine complète, et bien approvisionné. Épiceries, restaurants et commerces essentiels dans les alentours immédiats. Pour être confortable ,le lit de la chambre principale aurait besoin d’un sur-matelas car le joint des 2 matelas jumeaux fatigués se fait trop ressentir. La literie est inadéquate. Au cours de la présente année , j’ai loué des appartements de qualité similaire aux Pays Bas , en Pologne et en Espagne. Tous avaient des couettes de base (souvent IKEA) et housse de couette. Sanitaires et confortables. À l’arrivée, nous avons cru qu’il n’y avait que des draps . Quand nous avons compris que la parure de couleur servait de couverture, cela nous à grandement incommodé. ️Celle du lit King est même plus petite que le lit . La literie ne correspond pas au prix demandé pour la location sur ce point. Merci!
