Migration and family time

Wonderful location a short walk to the Delaware Bay shore. Timing of our visit was when horseshoe crabs and shorebirds that feed on the horseshoe crab eggs were congregating - a magnificent time of the year. Loved the large yard with tables high and low for outside dining and great for walking our dog. Interior space was comfortable and well equipped. Only suggestion we have is to consider options for increasing counter space in the kitchen area for guests like us who enjoy cooking.

Family vacay

This home was perfect in so many ways. My husband, teens, and a toddler loved it. We had 8 and fit comfortably. The home had everything we needed. The bikes were a hit with my teens! We used the beach chairs and all beach accessories. The rooms were spacious and clean. The water pressure was great in both showers! We cooked a bunch of meals an everything we needed was in the kitchen. I loved the closeness to the beach and views were beautiful. It was a sweet, quiet neighborhood which we loved. We would 100% stay here again...a little shore oasis!

Everything you need!

Cute home in a perfect location. Villas is clean and quiet. The bay is super close and is a great walk at low tide. The beach is also very clean. The house has everything you need. No unnecessary frills, just comfort and convenience! Comfy beds, an outdoor shower,coffee in the crows nest, and that Florida room is heavenly !The kitchen is going to be updated but honesty it was fine for us. Coil range tops heat up great for steaks! Leslie took great care to make sure the things you need for the beach or just daily life (as an adult of child) is either in the house or garage. We look forward to our next stay. We biked around the neighborhood and can honestly say, for a family stay, this is THE house.

Great property, very well represented. The location was awesome just minutes to everything on the Cape. Really enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop deck.

Perfect location to enjoy the Bay!

This house is in a great neighborhood walking distance to the Bay for sun and sand and great sunsets! There are restaurants close by and a delicious ice cream shop all accessible less than 5 mins by car. Yard is large for the family to enjoy with a cool tall deck for enjoying sunrises in late September. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and just what we needed for a getaway. Thanks Leslie!

Found our perfect spot

Everything about our stay exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness was exceptional, location close to beach in quiet neighborhood. The backyard was so inviting and perfect for our pups .Crows nest an added bonus for sunsets and stargazing. Couldn't be more grateful to Leslie,can't wait to return !!!

Amenities and location

This house has it all plenty of space, very clean, lots of parking and in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the bay. We loved the inside and outside areas enjoying our coffee in the morning in the crows nest, TVs in every room, bikes to ride, beds are new and comfortable and tons of amenities just like home! We enjoyed grilling and the pups enjoyed the yard that is almost completely fenced in. the location was great we went to The beach in Avalon one day and Cape May the next all roughly within 20 minutes. We can’t wait to come back!

Just purchased this home for me for when I retire - just looking for a comfortable place that my whole family can enjoy

I love this area - Cape May is beautiful - the property and outdoor space is great!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

All utilities are turned on. AC works with remotes - if you are not in the rooms - please leave the doors open to let the air conditioning circulate. Internet is password protected and the password is listed in the guest book.

Recycling can is located outside the door. Please rinse all cans/bottles before putting in. Please use black garbage bags provided in the garbage cans and put out on Monday am for pickup.

The garage is accessible for use - there are beach chairs, bikes, beach toys. We also have a badminton set, cornhole set in the garage for use...We have umbrellas and a wagon to use. We also have a stroller and high chair for little ones

If you are here during the heat of the summer - there is a fan in the garage for the florida room (which is not air conditioned). Please keep the door closed to the florida room so the other rooms stay cool for sleeping.
