Nuestra casa está ubicada al otro lado de la calle de la bahía y a minutos del histórico Cape May. La casa es luminosa, cómoda y tranquila, con hermosos muebles nuevos y una cocina completamente equipada. Las puestas de sol y la bahía son solo el comienzo; todo lo que Jersey Shore y Cape May tienen para ofrecer está a su alcance. Explore reservas naturales, restaurantes, tiendas, cervecerías, viñedos, golf y mucho más. Nuestro lugar es bueno para parejas, familias (con niños), grupos grandes y perros.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the many seating areas where we gathered. Every room was tastefully decorated. The sun rooms were a favorite, where we sat and enjoyed breakfast each morning. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with our family!

Wonderful home on the bay in Cape May! House was well equipped and perfect for our family vacation with our dogs. Host was super responsive and everything was as described. Loved the comfy outdoor furniture on the screened in porch and spent lots of time out there. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for us to use. Game cabinet was great too with lots of fun to choose from. With eight adults at the house it was plenty big and everyone had a comfy room. A third shower would have been nice, but we made do and it did not cause any issues. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful house, good location , (lots of stairs,) loved the screened in porches, ( top porch had the feeling of being in a tree house) We had a few minor issues with lack of supplies, the keurig not working and one of the showers not draining , etc but host responded quickly to address and take care of our concerns( we were there pre- season so maybe they just weren’t set up quite yet) overall the 8 of us were very comfortable and would recommend this house

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would happily return. The location was perfect—just steps from the bay, where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening and spent hours watching the birds and horseshoe crabs! The area was peaceful and quiet, yet only a short drive from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions in Cape May.The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the stocked kitchen and the comfortable furnishings after long days of exploring. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully maintained.One of our favorite parts of the trip was simply being able to walk across the street to the bay. It provided beautiful views throughout the day and some unforgettable sunsets at night. The location also made it easy to visit beaches, nature areas, and local attractions while still having a relaxing place to come back to.Thank you for helping make our Cape May vacation such a memorable one. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful shore getaway.

Our family stayed here for a week 2 years in a row. Sleek, clean, pet friendly and bay sunsets that can’t be beat! Easy access to the tagless beach and surrounding area.

My family had a wonderful stay in Villas. The bay beach was wonderul, the street/neighborhood very quiet and neighbors walking their dogs were very friendly. Beach access is close by, but it is quite a dune to conquer getting to the beach. The house has plenty of space, 2 flights of stairs to the top floor which is the living space and one bedroom/bath. If you have trouble with stairs you should consider this. While there is plenty of room in the bedrooms, ours did not have a dresser, only a closet so that was a bit strange. There is certainly plenty of room for a dresser. I like to unpack and not live out of the suitcase for a week. Bathrooms clean and nice, no mold. They provide 1 bath towel per person, so I was happy I packed a few extras. The kitchen counters were sticky when we arrived, so we cleaned them up before using. I found the kitchen somewhat lacking, but nothing major. We managed with what was provided. I would recommend you bring a Britta for water, as the refrigerator does not have a filter system or ice maker. Also no outdoor shower. Beach chairs are provided - thats a plus! Maybe we are a bit spoiled, we have been coming to CM for 70 yrs! Overall, a very nice house to rent and will consider returning next year.

The bay is in perfect walking distance. Anytime we were on the beach we were the only ones. Super quiet nice neighborhood. The house is in perfect location and close to everything ranging from 4 Mintues to 25. We had a 4, 8, 10, 13 year olds with us and there was plenty of space and toys for them to spread out and play.

This was the third year we stayed at this wonderful beach house within walking distance to the Delaware Bay. In the words of my 3 year old grandson, "This is a beautiful home.'

Summer Vacation

We had a great week, the house was perfect for us. The location was central to all we wanted to do. Short drive to Cape May, Wildwood and our favorite Hawk Haven Winery.

Great Location and Amenities

We had a great visit at the house. Close to Cape May and short walk to the bay. House was perfect for our extended family visit. Well stocked kitchen for us to cook a great Thanksgiving meal. Highly recommend when visiting Cape May!

Our family stayed comfortably in this spacious, beachside gem. The grandkids loved the bunk room and how close the beach was! The screened porches were a great place to hang out for sunset views. A quick hop to Atlantic beaches, too!

Fantastic!

Our family (3 adult couples and a dog) had a weekend in Cape May and this place was perfect! We cooked, and ate, played games, walked on the beach nearby and explored. The place is even better than in the pictures. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and we have recommended it to other family and friends.

Great vacation at Mia Casa

We have stayed at the same property for 10 years and it was no longer rentable. We decided to try this house and can not be more thrilled we found it! Amazing location, beautiful house, all of the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again. The porches were my favorite part.
