Villa La Grange was built in the original Provençal style and was lovingly and meticulously renovated from top to bottom a few years ago. In a very well maintained estate, with a unique and secluded location and fabulous sea views, you can enjoy a perfect family holiday under the Mediterranean sun.
The villa faces south and towards the sea, the four bedrooms as well as the living areas offer panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the offshore islands. There is a covered Provençal summer kitchen where you can prepare fresh fish or meat à la plancha, a covered terrace for breakfast sheltered from the wind and a lounge for an aperitif before dinner. Enjoy the sunset and enjoy the romantic atmosphere when the automatic garden lighting bathes everything in a soft light.
You enter the villa on the upper level, you will find the master bedroom of over 25 m² and its balcony. The sleeping area with a double bed (200x200) access to a private bathroom tiled in natural stone (bathtub, shower cabin, WC, bidet, sink).
The second bedroom upstairs with a 160x200 bed is smaller and suitable for two children, grandmother or nanny, also with balcony, and equipped with a shower and sink.
Still on the second floor, a lounge area invites you to rest and read.
A staircase goes down to the ground floor.
Here you will find two further bedrooms with sea views. One with a double bed and its own bathroom (XXL shower, toilet, bidet and sink), accessible via the hallway, and a twin bedroom with TV and direct access to its own bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle, WC and sink.
At the foot of the stairs opens the living space with a large open kitchen, fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. The living room offers a comfortable sofa in front of the open fireplace with a smart-TV (Netflix, Prime etc.), Wifi accessible in all rooms of the house.
At the back of the first floor is the laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer.
The 11x5 meter swimming pool is very large and deep enough if you want to play sports, and the space offers fun and enough room for sunbathing and reading in the shade of a cork oak or an umbrella. Child safety is also ensured thanks to a pool alarm. Adjust the water temperature to your liking with a thermal blanket.
