Nice, totally re modeled, 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Cherry Grove Beach

This spacious condominium has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which have been recently remodeled and furnished .One bedroom contains a king bed; one bedroom contains a queen bed' and one bedroom contains a full bed and a single bed. Flooring and painting were done professionally. Bedding is brand new. There are 9-foot ceilings and a screened-in back porch. Two parking spaces allow guests easy access to the condominium. Linens and towels are provided, and the clean-up fee is included in the price. The condominium complex has a pool for renters' use. The property is in the heart of Cherry Grove; however, it is well-hidden from the highway, and you would not know that you are in such close proximity to the many restaurants, golfing venues, and other attractions that the Grand Strand offers!

Always great!

This is our third time staying at this property, and it is always great! The location is close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to shopping. Even close to the church we attended. We always feel so comfortable there.

Great vacation!

This was a great stay. The property was very clean, and all ready for our arrival. Loved the pool, and the pond behind had lots of tree frogs surrounding it. Easy drive to the beach.

Great Location

The property was in a excellent location minutes from Cherry Grove Beach! Ground floor, super clean, pool round the corner. My wife and I enjoyed our vacation immensely. The communication between me and Jay was great! I plan to use his condo on all my future vacations to Myrtle Beach!

We loved staying here! It was a great place, hard to leave after our time was up! LOL

We loved staying here. It was close to the main road but wasn't very crowded and was away from the hustle and bustle. This was our first time staying in this area of Myrtle Beach. The condo was just like the description online. We felt so at home with the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. The pool was nice and everyone we spoke to around the property was friendly. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Amazing Rental

Found this property last minute, and I’m so glad I did. The condo was super nice, very clean and spacious. The pool was almost right out the back door, and we never had any trouble with it being packed. We always got a spot, and actually had it to ourselves a couple times. The owner was amazing, and communicating with him was very easy. The air wasn’t working, I told him about it and it was fixed almost immediately. Easy access to the beach with a short 2-3 minute drive was very convenient also. I will definitely be back!

Pleasant place

This is a nice condo to stay in. It was clean, easy to find, very quite location and close to the beach but far enough away that we were able to get to other places fast. My only issues were the beds were not comfortable in the main bedroom and the one by the front door. They were also very squeaky. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great Beach Condo

The beach condo was super close to everything, less than a mile. It was hidden so it did not seem like it was as close as it was. The condo was clean and offered a nice screened porch as well as access to the pool. I look forward to booking again.

I have owned and rented many places over the years and have quite a bit of experience in the rental business. My birthplace is Whiteville, N C, near the beach. The beach has been part of my life for over 60 years and I know and love it well! I'm about as local as you get. Ha!

This condo is well kept and clean and is in a good, quiet location. The beach may be crowded sometimes but this location is a great. The price is very reasonable for the area and makes it affordable for everyone.
