Come and relax in our elegant 72 sqm newly renovated apartment, located in a charming 1950s house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Street parking is free. The apartment is: - 5 minutes by car from the A3 and A86 highways. - 30 minutes by public transportation from Paris. - 40 minutes by public transportation from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The accommodation includes: - a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) - TV (with Netflix, Prime Video) - an en-suite bathroom connected to the bedroom - a living room with a sofa and a coffee table - an open kitchen connected to the living room - a dining table with two chairs that can also serve as a workspace - new double-glazed windows overlooking our garden - a new sliding glass door overlooking the front garden of our house Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure your comfort and well-being during your stay. Access for guests is through a separate entrance at the front of our house, with a sliding glass door (please note there is a slope). Other details: Upon request, you can enjoy the garden during the nice weather. If needed, we can provide access to our laundry room (additional fee), allowing you to wash and dry your clothes (detergent included)
