Villa Manatee - ¡Alto! Ha encontrado lo que est�� buscando: una casa de estilo marítimo que no desearía para unas vacaciones rodeada de mar y playa. Al entrar, puedes escuchar el sonido de las olas y el grito de las gaviotas: la calma del mar, la relajación y la sensación de estar lejos.

La casa es muy generosa y abierta en diseño; El brillo y los colores vivos despiertan la sensación de vacaciones desde el primer momento. Villa Manatee está ubicada en una de las áreas más hermosas de Cape Coral, muy cerca del río y justo en un hermoso y ancho canal de agua que está lleno de nenúfares. Puedes sentarte en el muelle y disfrutar de la naturaleza sin ser molestado, aunque estás muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de los puentes que cruzan el río hasta Ft. Myers y muchos restaurantes y centros comerciales están a pocos minutos.

Lovely Stay at Villa Manatee

Excellent time spent at this wonderful home in Cape Coral. It is spacious, on a canal, and we loved hanging out in the heated pool! My family and I hope to visit again next year!

The home is an older residence and remodel nicely. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there. Very clean and if we needed would consider staying there again.

Very nice and spacious.

This house was everything and more of what we thought it was. It is very clean and spacious. Stephan was a very good host, our neighbors were very nice. The pool was very clean. Just a short drive over to Fort Myers, everything we could ask for.

Two weeks in January

The home was very clean which was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and furniture. Towels and bed linens could be updated. Some plastic drink ware would be nice for use outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback; we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Plastic-drinkware is provided in the home, it’s to be found in one of the kitchen cabinets and has a tropical design. Linens and towels are replaced on a regular basis, we don’t allow stained or damaged linens or towels in the home, but some might have faded and will be replaced soon.

Pool warmth was appreciated. No floaties for pool. House was WELL appointed. Great location. There could be extra charges that YOU could be charged for IE: Electricity for heat/air and pool. Read carefully.

Beautiful Sun and Relaxation

Villa Manatee was the nicest place for us to be during the stay-at-home mandate for the covid-19 virus. Enjoying the lovely lanai, pool, and boat dock on the canal, shaded with two palm trees helped us to relax a bit among all the uncertainties, The owners, Stephan and Sabrina, were so accommodating making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our month's stay. Because of the escalating circumstances in Ohio, we decided we better head for home a week early, much to our dismay. We do have very nice memories of our stay there, though, and thank the Sanfords for such a nice , clean, well-maintained house and yard..

Perfection!

I cannot say enough great things about this property!! My family visits Cape Coral several times a year (this was our 4th rented house this year alone) and this house was by far my favorite! It is super clean, meticulously kept, well stocked with everything you would need, and in a great location. The owners were wonderful and super responsive. I made a mistake during the check in process and they were very accommodating. I truly can’t rave enough about it. The pool area was lovely and spacious. The house was laid out just right. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. I loved drinking my coffee and watching the sun rise over the canal. The kids also enjoyed feeding the turtles. We all can’t wait to go back!

Nice house - check in/out process inconvenient

The house was very clean and looked as described in the listing. However, the beds were all very uncomfortable. I have rented several homes through VRBO and have never had the experience I did this time with check in/out process. Our group was all adults and very capable of reading and following the house “rules” without being instructed to not sit on the furniture in wet swimwear etc. I have always treated every home I have rented with respect just as I would my own home. I found it very frustrating and inconvenient to have to take time out of my vacation for this check IN/OUT process. Other than the uncomfortable beds and this checking IN/OUT process we had a very nice stay in the house. The house was very clean.

We are grateful for all input as it allows us to assess and evaluate; however, we never had any complaints about the beds. We have, indeed especially for this house, received extra Kudos for how comfortable other guests have found the beds that are in question here. Beds and mattrasses are not the same for everyone, it depends on personal and physical requirements, but we strive to meet the highest standards. As for check-in and check-out – we have guest from the U.S. and from all over the world, and in most cases it’s a very casual affair. Usually our guests, not only those from abroad, appreciate being provided with some guidelines and tips about the area like fun destinations, restaurants, or special events. We also found that it does not hurt to talk about things that some find self-explanatory because others don’t. Yes, we had it happen (and not only once) that upholstery was ruined because someone sat on it with wet bathing suits; but we also point out other things e.g., how to handle trash in the Florida climate to ensure the home will be in good shape for the next guests. We take responsibility for the well-being of our guests and the house they reside in, we want to meet our guests, and we want to answer their questions in person because we care.

Our time spent at Villa Manatee was wonderful. The listing was as advertised, the house well maintained and appointed. We had a few rainy days and never found ourselves to be bored. Owners were polite and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

I would recommend this house to anyone. The accommodations were lovely and they had EVERYTHING you would need. The pool was great and very relaxing. I was a little surprised by Stephen's abrasiveness, which bordered rudeness considering the reviews, but he didn't stay with us so I guess it was all good!

We are always glad if our guests enjoy one of our homes. It is troubling, however, that stating certain rules and guidelines to maintain the house and its integrity in the neighborhood are perceived as abrasive or even rude by some. Asking guests, for example, to leave the BBQ grill in the condition it was found upon arrival (clean) if they opt out of having it cleaned by our staff is not rude but standard; also asking guests to treat the house with respect is usually not considered abrasive, and the owners of the homes we take care of, call it responsibility. We take pride in treating our guests with respect, even if some do not return the favor. In addition, Annette wanted us to pay for their VRBO booking fee, we felt incredibly sad about it.

Excellent Property with Pool

The house was just as advertised. This is our first rental with a pool and we thoroughly enjoyed many afternoons relaxing in the pool area. The management team was very responsive to both emails and phone calls; great to work with. We would not hesitate to consider this property in the future.
