Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a sleeping area, a bathroom and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 25 m² terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, as well as an outdoor lounge to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located on Sant'Ambroggio harbour and less than 500 m from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the car park near the accommodation with semi-private access and with immediate access to the building entrance.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Calvi airport is 15 minutes away by car.
- The port of Île Rousse is 20 minutes away by car.
During the summer months, a small beach train runs between Calvi and Île Rousse, making multiple stops along the beaches.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
