Charmant Studio Centre de Dinan

Studio of 15 m2 located on the 4th and last floor of an old building in the historic centre of Dinan, city of art and history. <br>Ideally located to visit the city and its architectural treasures and not far from the other must-see sites of the region: Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel.<br>Quality restaurants can be found at the foot of the building.<br>Wifi connection.<br>The studio is located on the 4th and last floor of an old building with a steep and narrow period staircase, difficult to use for people with locomotor problems or fragile hearts.<br>Complicated also with large suitcases....<br>It is composed of a living room with kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, dolce gusto coffee machine).<br>A bathroom (not closed by a door but by a bamboo beaded curtain) with shower and toilet.<br>A bed (140x190) on a mezzanine where you can't stand up completely.<br>The steps are also steep enough to access this mezzanine.<br>Bed linen and towels are provided.<br>Access to the studio is via a key box from 4 p.m.<br>Other remarks<br>From 8 April to 24 September, road traffic is prohibited in the area around the studio from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.<br>Outside this slot, a few seats are available just below the studio with record for a period of 20 minutes (the time to pack the suitcases...).<br>Paid car parks are 5 minutes away: Duclos, Duguesclin, St-Sauveur and at the bottom of Rue de la Mittrie. The first 30 minutes are free.<br>Free parking is located behind the castle (10 minutes)<br><br>Thursday morning is market day in the Duguesclin and Duclos car parks; so you can't park there.
