The main room with flat-screen TV opens onto a terrace with patio furniture and electric barbecue.
You'll also find a fully renovated kitchenette for concocting tasty meals (induction hob, mixed microwave, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker + filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine...).
A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a shower room with toilet, on the first floor.
Access to a mezzanine attic and lit by a skylight with 2 beds in 90cm and its storage space.
Take advantage of its large terrace, equipped with an electric awning, to enjoy a good barbecue with regional products or simply have a drink at the end of the day.
You have a parking lot reserved for residents.
CLOSED TERRACE - ELECTRIC BARBECUE - PETS ALLOWED - PARKING LOT RESERVED FOR RESIDENTS
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
