About the host
Hosted by Andy and Travis @ Pioneer Ridge Vacations
We are Pioneer Ridge Vacations, owned by Andy Vanosdale and Travis Staten, best friends since 1990. We grew up together attending the same schools and college in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. The Pioneer Ridge name comes from our grade schools, with the mascot being the Pioneer and the schools located in East Ridge, Tennessee. We are huge fans of the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols)! When we get together, you can often find us playing Spades and Phase 10 with our other friends.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, but also offers the great proximity to the beautiful State Park. We are also just footsteps from two of the best restaurants on the Cape in Coneheads and Long Bills!
What makes this property unique
This property is spacious and pet friendly. The fully fenced yard is a game changer for guests. The ability to walk next door for a drink and great food at our friends, Long Bills Restaurant, makes for a fun, convenient and relaxing vacation.
