Our stay was great! The location was perfect—everything was within easy walking distance, including excellent coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The convenience made it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Wilmington!

Wonderful place to stay! The property was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked. The owners were friendly, communicative, and incredibly helpful. The location is FANTASTIC! Lots of amazing restaurants nearby and a great coffee shop just a short walk away. Having the on-site laundry was also a huge convenience. One unexpected highlight was the incredible water pressure in the shower! We highly recommend this place, and we hope to stay again in the future.

Very nice condo in a great location downtown. Close to everything, clean, and well maintained. Great communication from the owners. This is in the middle of downtown so be prepared for some nightclub noise coming from Front St if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.
