The Rouverades cottage in Châtres in Périgord Noir is ideally located for visiting this magnificent region, with in particular the famous Lascaux caves, many castles, gardens, troglodyte sites, sports and nature activities, etc. Your hosts will be able to guide you in your choice of visits according to your preferences.

Fully renovated and comfortable detached house with access to the property's swimming pool (3x9m² - from 1.20 to 2.50 m deep).
The house consists of a fitted kitchen, a large living/dining area, a second kitchen and lounge/relaxation area. In addition:
- a first bedroom with double bed (160x200) and bathroom + WC attached
- a second bedroom with double bed (160x200) and bathroom + WC attached
- a third bedroom with two double beds (160x200) and shower room + WC attached

All comforts are included (linen, washing machine, television, 4G / wifi, barbecue, board games, ...). A playground with swings, slide, small wooden house is accessible for accompanied children.
Depending on the season, products from the property are available for sale (eggs, fruit, vegetables etc).

Séjour très agréable en famille. Accueil chaleureux et présence discrète des hôtes dans la maison à côté. Le logement est conforme à la description. La literie est de bonne qualité. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux et équipements à leur disposition.
