The Rouverades cottage in Châtres in Périgord Noir is ideally located to visit this magnificent region, with in particular the famous Lascaux caves, many castles, gardens, troglodyte sites, sports and nature activities, etc. Your hosts will be able to guide you in your choice of visits according to your preferences.

Fully renovated and comfortable detached house with access to the property's swimming pool (3x9m² - from 1.20 to 2.50m deep).
The house consists of a bedroom with two double beds (160x200), an equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, a reading area and a shower room +WC.

All comforts are included (Linen, washing machine, television, 4G / wifi, barbecue, board games, ...).

Depending on the season, products from the property are available for sale (eggs, fruit, vegetables etc).

The gîte is an excellent property for 2 people. There enough space and equipment in the kitchen. The availability of a pool, shared with the family, was very welcome on hot days. The property was comfortable and clean, although the sofa is typically French and can feel hard after some time!We enjoyed our stay there and would return if coming to the area again. There is so much to do and see within 1 hour of the property. It would be helpful for the property to show that it is all on the first floor. The hosts were excellent and friendly as we appreciated the welcome pack and their availability when needed.
