Villa Verbena is the kind of desert estate that turns a group trip into a full-property takeover. Set on 1.71 acres in Bermuda Dunes, this Mediterranean-style retreat gives up to 16 guests room to gather, celebrate, and spread out across a private estate with resort-style outdoor spaces, generous interiors, and entertainment at nearly every turn.

Inside, the home is bright, polished, and built for groups who want more than one place to land. Oversized living and dining spaces flow through the main house with crisp white walls, warm wood floors, arched details, and modern finishes that keep the estate feeling fresh and elevated. The kitchen is designed for serious group meals, with a large island, bar seating, professional-style appliances, and plenty of prep space, while multiple dining areas and lounge spaces give everyone room to move between coffee, dinner, games, and late-night conversation. A game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, and TV adds an easy indoor hangout when the group wants a little friendly competition.

With 12 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, Villa Verbena is made for larger families, friend groups, and celebration stays that need real space. The layout gives guests plenty of private rooms to retreat to at the end of the day, while the guest house adds even more flexibility for those who want a little extra separation without being away from the group.

Outside is where the estate fully opens up. Spend the day by the pool and spa, gather around the fire pit once the desert light softens, or settle under the covered outdoor dining area for long meals in the shade. The grounds are made for staying active and staying outside, with pickleball and tennis courts, basketball, bocce, a wide lawn, outdoor lounge areas, and string lights that bring the whole setting to life after sunset. ​​​​​​​- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- This home contains 10 bedrooms and one bonus room.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 83°.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
​​​​​​​- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

- 2 car guest house garage.
- A maximum of 18 cars can park onsite.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
