Spring Lake waterfront home on Markers Cove with full Spring Lake access!

We are excited to welcome you to our home, Compass Cove!
This is a three bedroom, two bath home located on Markers Channel of the very popular Smiths Bayou on Spring Lake!
Our home has an open floor plan and set up comfortably for family entertaining. The large kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your family meal at the large farm table!
There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom One with a king sleep number bed and master bath, bedroom Two with a queen bed, and bedroom three with a king sized bed. A twin sized air mattress and an infant pack-n-play are also provided.
The large open great room is the perfect gathering space with access to over 550sqft of outdoor decking that leads to a very nice sized yard for outdoor activities. There is 180' of water frontage with 100' of seawall for you to tie off your own boat.
Compass Cove includes a paddle boat and two Kayaks for your families enjoyment. Excellent fishing and boating right from the seawall. A fire pit is on site for evening enjoyment.
There is a Traeger pellet smoker for outdoor cooking and making the very best BBQ!
We have corn hole and washers available for your use upon request.
We are located approximately 2 miles from North Shore beach and 3 miles from Grand Haven State Park beach. Hoffmaster State Park is also only just over 3 miles North of our home. All of these parks have great beaches right on the beautiful Lake Michigan and wonderful hiking trails.
Bike trails are abundant and start right outside the neighborhood leading you to all the amenities Spring Lake and Grand Haven have to offer. A HUGE transformation just happened in downtown Spring Lake making this a choice destination with award-winning restaurants, bars and breweries. Grand Haven (Coast Guard City, USA) has also done some major renovations along the waterway and the main street offering tons of amazing shops and in the evening you can enjoy the 2nd largest waterfront musical fountain in the United States! The new band shell right on the waterway has many events as well that are very exciting to attend.
Please note the location of Compass Cove. We are located just off Highway 31. If you can't bear the sound of traffic this is not the home for you. In the yard the traffic does not go unnoticed. In the home it can be heard at times but certainly not disruptive. Alexa speakers and fans are located in each bedroom for your use if you enjoy some white noise while you rest.
Lastly, we love our dog and want you to be able to travel with your pet as well. We do ask that you do your best to keep your dog off the furniture and keep your dog in a kennel or similar if you are away from the home. There is a pet fee so please be sure to account for that.
