Great hot tub and they had a lot of amenities such as soap, shampoo, aluminum foil etc. etc. so we didn't have to bring all of those things or go shopping for them for a two night stay.

Beautiful property and responsive host!

We had a seamless, unforgettable experience at Vincent and Nicole’s property. Check in instructions were thorough, and all messages to the host were answered immediately. The hot tub was amazing as well as the private boat launch area! Couldn’t recommend more!

Convenient family friendly rental

This home was geared to accommodate a family vacation. Kids loved the sand area and the Solo stove for s'mores and the adults appreciated the well maintained hot tub. The sizable kitchen made for easy dinner prep and the bedrooms were comfortable at the end of the night. Finally, the kids appreciated TV in the front room.

Nice place to get together and relax

The house and grounds were nice plenty of room for our family. Lots of thing to do nearby. If you have a boat bring it so you can enjoy the lake, if not there are places nearby on the lake where you can rent one.

Perfect location

The property was located perfectly. The setting of the lake in the back, we saw beautiful sunrises and even an eagle. As far as restaurants and shopping there are plenty to choose from within 10 min. Also a fun arcade near by that the kids loved. Checking in was a breeze and so was communication. The house was very accommodating and the perfect size for our group.

Denise, thank you for your feedback. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the house. I apologize that you found docking the boat difficult. We have a permanent boat slip and the ability to tie up on the outer wall. We've also installed a dock with a ladder for easy water access. Please note that the water levels are very low this year, which may have affected your ability to get in and out of the boat. We strive to provide a great experience for our guests and are constantly working to improve the rental experience.

Tranquil retreat on the lake

This house is on the lake and has a hot tub. We like watching the sunrise in the tub on the lake daily. Great way to get up in the morning. The house way nice and had a good kitchen. Easy location to beach and our immediate family.

Wonderful outdoor living

The home is clean and well kept. The outdoor space is tremendous. Too late in season to rent a boat but dock would have worked well. My son enjoyed paddle boarding

Great house, outside is beautiful! We had a great time... it was only a short trip, but still had an amazing time! Would definitely go back. Both Vince and Nicole, are great to communicate with!! Just wished there was a washer and dryer... I hate leaving wet towels. Great stay!!!!

Beautiful Property Very Communicative Owners

The property is gorgeous. Very tranquil and peaceful. The home was very clean and had just about everything we needed. While we never needed to contact the owners for anything, they were wonderful about checking in to be sure everything was going smoothly, as well as checking to see if we needed anything. We're already thinking of a second trip. You will not be disappointed ☀

Long weekend spent with family

We are very happy with our stay at this house. Vince was very easy to communicate with and he responded quickly. The check in process was seamless and he checked in with us several times. The house was easy to find, very clean and up to date and in a quiet neighborhood. There was a hot tub we enjoyed after a long day exploring the area. My daughter is getting married next year in this area and we will definitely be booking this house again for our stay. Thanks again for making this a great experience.

House on spring lake.

From this property Muskegon Holland and Grand Haven are conveniently located . Could not be in a better location. The lake views were beautiful and relaxing. Had everything we needed.The hot tub was amazing. Beautiful end to a perfect night. The backyard of this property was excellent with fire pit table and everything you can imagine. The house fit all five of us girls very comfortably. All of us girls look forward to being able to come back someday in the future.

Great place for family celebration!

We absolutely loved our stay and felt very comfortable in our accommodations. We were celebrating a 75th birthday with family, and it was a memorable stay for all. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, great kitchen set up, loved the hot tub and patio. Great nieces loved the bunk beds and Pac Man game. Very clean and a lot of necessities provided (soap, towels, garbage bags, etc.). Beautiful yard and easy directions to get to the property. Close and convenient to any store or restaurant you might want to go to. The host was very pleasant and helpful, answering any communications very quickly. All in all, a most wonderful way to spend time with family in a lovely place.

It was a fine place to stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. The hot tub and fire pit were nice. The house itself has a few issues - the air conditioning does not circulate well so it was hot in the bedrooms even though the main areas were cool, the dishwasher didn’t work very well, and one shower didn’t drain well. The cleaning crew hadn’t done a very thorough job, one of the bed comforters had food on it, another bed had ripped sheets, the baseboards of the bathroom were visibly dirty, and there was dog poop left in the yard from the previous visitors. I raised the ripped sheets and dirty comforter with the host and he apologized and said he’d address it with the cleaners, so hopefully that will be better in the future. The cleaners were also still at the property cleaning 15 minutes into our check-in time. There were also two days that people came by to do yard work and no one had warned us, so someone just showed up in the backyard, which was odd.

Home needs repairs

We experienced multiple gas leaks (kitchen, water heater, & furnace). Owner sent someone out to repair yet still smelled gas each day after. Slow drains in bathtub and leak under bathroom sink. No bathroom exhaust fans left rooms very humid (although weather very cool). No washer/dryer on property so limited ability to dry towels that wouldn’t dry hanging up (very few hooks - no towel bars). Evidence of rodents out back. House has lots of bed space but not enough seating space in living area. Suggestion: remove table & chairs and add a couple more comfortable chairs. Hot tub was nice.

There are 2 primary rooms with queen beds and 2 additional rooms with bunk beds in each. Furnished with Cable TV, WiFi, linens & kitchenware (bring your own towels), grill and enjoy a bonfire around the solo stove fire pit. 10 minute drive to Grand Haven Beach, 5 min to Spring Lake Village and close to great restaurants and shopping, reserve now!
