This host really went out of her way to ensure we were wonderfully welcomed into this apartment! Apart from having a completely functional and clean place, she had essential food items AND some extras ready for our arrival! It was so cozy and comfortable while also being very organized. Great place to stay

We are a family of 4 with preteen kids staying in Paris for a 4-day weekend. We were very pleased with our stay! Helene was a wonderful host meeting us at the apartment and showing us where everything was. The apartment was spacious enough for the family and was very clean and neat. It was well stocked in amenities so that was very nice. The location was convenient. It was just a short walk of a couple of blocks to the Metro. We would definitely stay there again for our next visit!

Helene was so great! She met us when we arrived to guide us through how things work in the apartment. Gave us detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the Eurostar train. A stone’s throw from the Metro. She even left little gifts for our kids and wine for us. Would definitely come stay again if we come back to Paris! Thank you Helene!

Perfect flat with all the comforts of home!

This flat was perfect for our family of four! It was spacious, bedrooms were separate from the main living space making evenings perfect for those that needed to retire early and other that wanted to hang and enjoy the balcony, home theater or cook the delicious goods we found at the markets! Everything was super clean, fully stocked with all the essentials including toiletries, kitchen staples, so many towels. Key plus that there was an in-flat washer and dryer. The property manager was a doll; helpful, prompt, considerate and so knowledgeable. Would 100% stay there the next time we go to Paris!

Paris Olympic trip was Magnifique! Helene was the best hostess ever!!

My husband, 21 year-old son and myself stayed at Helene‘s apartment for 10 days. She was incredible. We would give her 10 stars out of five:). She had gifts for us, explained everything in the apartment and helped us park our car as well. The flat was incredibly clean, organized and decorated so cute! Our beds were comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Paris!

Exceptional Place

The property manager went above and beyond taking care of our needs. We had an amazing arrival, with delicious baked goods and she explained everything thoroughly! This place seemed to have anything you might need or might have forgotten. The beds were super comfortable and the location was great. Someone forgot their passport and Hélène was super helpful and got us back in to grab it so we didn’t miss our flight! She went above and beyond to help us! We would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing!

Helene greeted us in the beautiful sunny flat and had delicious French pastries warm for us in the oven. She had helpful maps and metro cards ready for us to load and get going on our Paris exploration. The flat is very high tech with remote blackout shades and a cinema screen. My son, who is studying in Paris, was very thankful for the awesome shower. We loved the place and the area so much (which is close to EVERYTHING) that we are staying here again next month. This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Paris, especially if your son or daughter is attending the university.

Great apartment for 4

This is a great apartment, really nicely outfitted, on a cute, quiet street. We traveled with a 7 and 10 year old, and they loved the 2nd bedroom. If you have taller teens, might be a little trickier on sleeping space, but our kids absolutely loved the room and the beds. Blackout shades are awesome. First day, after overnight traveling, we all slept until about 11am local time and even though the apartment is bright & cheery, the bedrooms were pitch black.We mostly used Uber to get around and see the sights (less than 15 or 20 euro to get to most places) but easy access to the metro and there are bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Not a bad Uber to Versailles, either. I'd recommend car service to get around as the metro was fun for the experience, but you are a little further out here. (Which is what we wanted.) Helene was amazing. Probably the best host we've ever had. She reached out about a week before to open up the conversation, met us at the apartment to check in and show us everything, had warm bread, cake and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Spent about 20-30 minutes just hanging out and chatting about what to do, where to go, etc. Then she jetted and checked back in the night before we checked out. Perfect. Loved this apartment, and the people we met in the building were super friendly - it's a great place for base camp to explore Paris and Versailles.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! The apartment was exceptionally well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We especially appreciated the A/C and shutters in every room. With the shutters closed, the bedrooms became wonderfully dark, and everyone slept like babies and woke up feeling truly rested.Helene was a fantastic host and gave us such a warm welcome with water, juice, and croissants. Her thoughtfulness set the tone for a wonderful stay.The location was excellent - just a few minutes from the metro station, making it easy to get downtown in no time. I was so impressed with this apartment that I shared it with friends and family. In fact, we loved it so much that we didn't want to leave! I almost felt bad for planning so many activities because we didn't have enough time to simply relax and enjoy the apartment.I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Traumhafte Wohnung in Paris

Die Kommunikation mit Helene war sehr sehr gut, die Einrichtung der Wohnung ebenso. Sehr schön, dass wir alles benutzen durften und auch die vielen Aufmerksamkeiten, die uns bereitet wurden, waren sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet.Die U Bahn ist unweit und in der Nähe gibt es die nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants.Wer, wie wir, eine schöne große Wohnung in Paris benötigt und auf eine gute Kommunikation und auch einen persönlichen Empfang vor Ort Wert legt….unbedingt buchen!!!!

Bel appartement impeccable & confortable. Petit déjeuner préparé avec pain, brioche, confitures, miel, œufs, yaourts… bref il y avait tout ! Cuisine super bien équipée avec tous les produits de base à disposition et bien plus => bien agréable de ne pas faire de courses dès notre arrivée. L’hospitalité d’Hélène, la propriétaire, montre vraiment à quel point elle se souci des voyageurs. Nous vous le conseillons vivement ! Il mérite les 5 étoiles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous avons séjourné dans ce nouvel appartement,Le temps d’un week-end en famille de 5 jours. Nous étions les premiers locataires, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, l’appartement a dépassé nos attentes ! L'emplacement est très bien pour accéder aux principaux lieux touristiques et le métro, tram, bus sont à 5 minutes à pieds. Vous êtes entouré de restaurants, commerces, cafés, boutiques… Un grand plus, l’appartement se situe au-dessus d’un chemin de promenade bordé d’arbres, nous avons l’impression d’être à la campagne. Un havre de paix après le tulmute parisien . L’espace de vie partagé est très grand, tout est très confortable et fonctionnel. Les photos ne rendent vraiment pas justice, (La propriétaire doit en faire de nouvelles…) Vous ne pouvez vraiment apprécier le charme et la décoration intérieure de l'endroit une fois arrivée dans les lieux. Hélène est une personne extraordinaire : très attentionnée, flexible et communicative. Nous n’avons jamais été aussi satisfait d’une location. Nous reviendrons très certainement… Encore merci pour votre accueil. 😀
