About Marc & Pamela DeBlasio

Marc and Pamela DeBlasio designed, built and branded The Corner Beach House. We originally purchased this property as a vacant lot and we realized our dream in creating a new vacation destination in historic downtown. As a vacationing family, our vision is to create the quintessential Cape May vacation experience that provides all of the amenities that we desire and enjoy on our family vacations . The house slogan "Be of Good Cheer" is a dedication and tribute to the former property owner and long standing Cape May resident Robert Fite. When we purchased the property from Mr. Fite, he was nothing but a true gentleman and exemplified Cape May hospitality.

Perfect location and wonderful home!

This property was perfect for our family vacation -- we couldn't be happier with our choice. We had a fairly large group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's within walking distance of the beach and town. The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We are already planning our return next year!

Beautiful townhome in a great location

This was our family's first time staying in this townhome. We have been vacationing in Cape May for over 10 years now and as our kids grow we've starting staying in rentals that we can fit comfortably in. We were all extremely happy with our stay! Marc is responsive to questions and is very focussed on making his guests happy. We had one minor issue upon check in, I called Marc and it was corrected within minutes. This is a beautifully decorated residence, both inside and out. We loved sitting on the porch at night watching the horse carriages go by. It was also great having bicycles to use free of charge, normally our family rents bikes once or twice during the week. The beach box was also great, providing some extra beach chairs to use and also providing a location for us to store some of our beach chairs during the week. The location is also great, allowing us to enjoy a nice walk to shops and restaurants every evening. With off street parking at the townhome plus being within walking distance to most things we enjoy we never had to worry about finding a parking spot or paying for parking. We are extremely happy with our stay and plan to rent it again next year!

Our Family Home Away From Home

This was our 51st year at our beloved Cape May with our entire family, and our 6th year at the Corner Beach House! This Home has been so perfect for us. We all love to cook so each night someone takes a turn showing off their culinary skills in the fabulous kitchen. We look forward to spending as many years as possible in Our Home Away From Home!

The Corner Beach House - A 5 Star Vacation

The Corner Beach House, located at 608 Jefferson St. In Cape May, N J is our favorite vacation spot. It is spacious enough for our entire family and it is always very clean when we arrive. The owners, Marc & Pam DeBlasio are very accommodating. We love the modern, large kitchen/dining area and especially the large covered porch with its picnic table and Adirondack chairs. It is the perfect spot for our coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night! But the best part about this property is the location. . . Very easy to walk to the beach or to Washington Street! We would highly recommend The Corner Beach House to anyone visiting Cape May!

Excellent!

Property is in a perfect location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including an elevator and 3 zone air conditioning! It is in excellent condition and clean on arrival. We really liked that the owner brings in a professional cleaning service after each guest checks out, something that does not happen at many Cape May properties which instead rely on each guest to clean on exit. Marc, the owner, is a very responsive host, answering text message questions promptly. The beach box with chairs is really convenient and we loved sitting on the porch watching the carriages go by. We definitely would like to stay at the Corner Beach House again!

Great Beach Vacation Home

My family and I rented this house the first week of June and loved it. The location is within walking distance of the beach and the shops and restaurants. The home is well maintained and comfortable, the kitchen is updated and equipped and porch was a great place to relax. I would highly reccomend renting this vacation home.
