Peace and quiet in a lush tropical setting in the foothills of Puerto Vallarta! Welcome to my home away from home located downtown within walking distance to all that PV has to offer. With gated entrance and 24 hr security the condo also provides a full staff for your convenience. This condo has been meticulously updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and newly remodeled tiled bath-all with a flavor of the Mexican culture- here you will be transported to the vacation of your dreams. The folding doors along the rear of the unit, lead to the large balcony with a 180 degree view of Banderas Bay, where you will enjoy sipping wine or coffee, and watching fireworks and AMAZING sunsets!
PARKING AVAILABLE

Each condo is privately entered from the outside by covered walkways lined with tropical plants leading directly to the unit.

If you prefer to dine out -- the choices are endless! Within walking distance are countless restaurants offering a variety of menus and atmosphere. From small little family run places tucked away on a little street to the most elegant 5 star restaurant with incredible sunset views! You will never tire of discovering your next favorite place to dine.

The beach and the Malecon (boardwalk) are a short walk from the condo. In between, there are many shops and lots of art galleries (don't miss the 'art-walk' - Wednesday nights when the galleries stay open late and feature local artists and offer wine and cheese. Centrally located, you can walk from the condo to most anywhere in town. Great exercise walking down the steps from the condo which puts you right in the heart of town and within walking distance to various beaches, shops etc. At the end of the day should you decide you have burned enough calories for the day, taxi's are readily available to get you back up to the condo. You can go almost anywhere in town for roughly $4 USD The local bus costs 60 cents! Great for bringing groceries back from the market!

On the days you want to relax at home, you can sit by the beautiful pool in the lushly landscaped gardens. To help plan your days, the front desk offers concierge service -- anything you might need from getting directions or locating a restaurant , tickets or taxi - they will be glad to help. The incredible staff are always happy to answer any question you may have and all speak both English and Spanish.

Perfect location for a getaway!

The property was exactly as described. Clean, very well decorated and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The balcony is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or late night drink all while taking in the view of Banderas Bay! Immaculate grounds and friendly staff.

Gorgeous Holiday Haven

This is a beautiful place. The property grounds are lush and well-maintained. The pool was perfect for us, and we were fortunate enough to have had it all to ourselves whenever we used it. In the condo itself, we loved the ambience of the Mexican decor, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The central location of the property was a benefit as we were able to walk to a majority of our destinations, and when we did choose to take a taxi, they were cheap and easy to find. The staff at the property were friendly and helpful, and Roxanne, one of the owners of the condo, was amazing with all of the assistance she provided us with. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing stay!

We are a family of 3 with an 11 yr-old daughter and we loved our stay at Roxanne’s condo. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with all that you need. It is really a home away from home. I appreciated the fact that we had access to chairs, an umbrella and towels for the beach. It is located in a condo complex with Mexican character surrounded by luscious vegetation and manicured grounds. We spent most afternoons swimming in the pool. We were there in July and we hardly ever saw anyone else around. Many chairs, tables and long chairs were always available. It also felt very safe as there is 24 hrs security. Finally, the views at the condo were just spectacular! Every breakfast and evening was spent on the balcony admiring the unobstructed views of the ocean. The location was perfect for us, not too far from the Malecon but far enough from the crowds and noise at night. We mostly walked everywhere in the center of town and to the Zona Romantica without any problems. Uber or taxis are very accessible and cheap if you don’t want to walk all the way back. We stocked up a few times at the grocery store with things for breakfast and snacks and ate out most of the time for dinner. The taco stand just around the corner and down the hill from the condo is convenient and very good. Roxanne will give you good suggestions for meals. I highly recommend this place and I hope that we get to return as well.

Fantastic

Central location away from the fan fare of the boardwalk ( Malecon) but only a few blocks away. This location is perfect for those that want to experience the hustle and bustle of the Malecon without being in the hustle and bustle of the Malecon. Walking distance from the Romantic Zone and a short taxi or Uber to the hotel district and beyond make this the perfect spot. It's party time in PV on Friday and Saturday nights and the locals get dressed up and turn the Malecon into something that is a must experience. The beautiful thing about this property is that once you've have enough, you can escape to tranquility and a beautiful ocean view. Yes some of the music can still be heard from the condo but it's very faint and not intrusive at all. If your up for a panoramic view of PV and the bay you are steps away from the Mirador el Cerro de la Cruz, also known as 'the lookout'. Not for the faint at heart as it is quite a hike up hundreds of steps. Speaking of steps, there are 101 steps from the street to the condo, I counted them. Unless you take a taxi or Uber to the condo everyday, these steps are the only way to get there. All in all this was a fantastic place to stay and we will return. If your plan is to spend every day in the Romantic Zone and walking isn't your thing, this may not be the place for you as it is about a 20 min walk each way to reach the edge of the Romantic Zone which is 10 blocks square. If you want the best of both worlds though and don't want to constantly be in the middle of it all, this is the place to be.

Great 'away' home!!!

This is a terrific property in a wonderful location! We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. This condo truly felt like being 'at home' in another country. The condo itself is beautiful and has an amazing view of Puerto Vallarta and the ocean. We LOVED staying here and are planning to go back! We have nothing but great things to say about this place!!!!!!

Absolutely fabulous

All pictures of the property are completely accurate. The condo was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The view from the condo balcony could absolutely not be better. We watched the sunset most evenings and were able to watch whales, sometimes they were very close to shore. The pool in the condo property was kept very clean and the water was a very nice, warm temperature. Not cold like you get with some places. There were Tommy Bahamas chairs, and a beach, umbrella and pool noodles in the condo as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Case de Reyes at Puesta del Sol is Magical

This is the best place to rest, rejuvenate, and enjoy everything that PV has to offer. The location is ideal. You have an almost romantic walk down the hill and three blocks to the center of el Malecon. You have local, inexpensive, and high-end restaurants all within 5 blocks. Once you are done with the party crowd, you can retreat back to your oasis of peace, seclusion, and quiet to enjoy a dip in the pool and enjoy the lavish and amazing landscaped complex. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return to PV.

Beautiful View from Property

Spent a week at the end on July and the pictures were spot on. Walking distance from local restaurants and the beach. From the balcony you’re able to see fireworks being shot from a pirate ship! Every night we slept with all doors open and the breeze made for a pleasant sleep. PVR was humid at that time of year due to the rain but is manageable and doesn’t last too long. Coming from AZ the rain was quite nice and to be expected with how lush and green PVR was. Very tropical! Saw iguanas almost daily and a parrot named Lola at Si Senior, a restaurant barely 5 min from the property’s entrance. The locals in the area are very nice and the folks on the property as well. Spent some time at the pool on site and had friendly conversations with those that were there. I would recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely be visiting PVR again!

Gorgeous view and great location!

Beautifully appointed with fans and lovely breeze! Gorgeous gardens and super nice people. Across the road from La Panerama restaurant which is exceptional. Also just above Cafe de Artistes. Only downside is the steps…NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.

Great location and excellent property and staff

The condo complex is beautiful, tropical plants everywhere, nice pool and everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice, exceptionally clean, has everything you need for a night in if you want to relax and cook at home. The balcony and the view is top notch, we stayed over New Years and heard about the epic fireworks display that happens around the bay at midnight. We initially thought we would go out (which we did) but decided to come back to watch the fireworks because the location and view were far better than we would have seen down on the malecón. Location is perfect if you are adventurous and want to explore the local culture and cuisine, short walk to the Romantic Zone and 5 de diciembre, where we found the best food from street vendors and small mom and pops businesses. Lots of stairs to get back up to the condo after a long day of drinking and eating, but cabs and Ubers are super cheap so if you aren’t up for the hike up the hill, it’s worth the few dollars it costs to have someone take you home. Overall, a great experience, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and bilingual. I would highly recommend this location and particularly this condo over staying in the hotel zone. You will experience more culture and authentic cuisine in this area and it’s far enough up the hill that it’s quiet and peaceful when you need some time to relax!

Paradise found

We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta many times before, but this property is amazing...set back a few blocks from the Malecon in a quiet location, yet a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars, and an 8 minute walk to Romantic zone. We loved the fact that everything was close yet we were out of the hustle and bustle. The grounds are exquisite and the staff are wonderful.. This condo has everything you could ask for. We have stayed in their other condo two floors down, which has a partial view and such a cute Mexican authentic charm. We will definitely return to this place, and Roxanne was very attentive and such a good host. Thank you!

Close to everything but a world away

This is such a beautifully cared for property. The landscaping around the buildings is lush and healthy. The condo had everything we needed. The steps down to the downtown area were steep but fun and you can always take a cab back from the beach!

We are Americans living for now in San Diego- spending much time in Vallarta- just sold a unit in the same complex- as we LOVE it here so much. There is no other complex like this! We plan to retire here in this home at a future date.
