Modern Condo With Ocean View Rooftop Pool Deck Heart of Romantic Zone Beach Area

Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for a couple or solo traveler traveling to Puerto Vallarta for a few days or longer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a step out balcony.

The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors (with remote control shades) that open to a wraparound balcony with outdoor furniture and seating for four guests. Living room has a flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, and individual A/C unit.

The custom-designed fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), glassware and dishware, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for two. A washer/dryer is included in the unit.

Our condo is located on the second floor at The Park, a boutique residential building with modern amenities in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's "Romantic Zone" overlooking the beachfront, Lazaro Cardenas Park. The building is one block from Los Muertos Beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, gay clubs and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk). The building has 24/7 security, a staffed front desk, a fitness center and expansive rooftop terrace with amazing ocean, city and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, lounge furniture, outdoor gas grill, restrooms, and a small kitchenette.

The rental covers all utilities (WiFi, water, gas, electricity), plus access to The Park Condominiums’ facilities, including the fitness center and rooftop pool deck. You’ll also have convenient amenities like an in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bath and pool towels, linens, and a welcome supply of household essentials are provided.

Rentals for 7+ days include housekeeping service once a week.

We own several other condos in the same building and in nearby Nuevo Vallarta and can accommodate groups of friends or family and offer discounts for renting multiple units or longer-term monthly stays. You can see more photos on IG under sea salt rentals.

Great condo, great location, views from the rooftop pool were stunning. Nice that there is a small grocery store on first floor of building as well. Hosts were quick to respond and made everything easy.

Overall a good place to stay for a single or couple. Has most amenities and owners are very responsive to any needs that arise. Really impressed!

PV can be a very noisy city. We were very pleased with the location. Being sensitive to noise I will say this was my favorite location of the past ten years visiting. It’s super convenient to everything! The condo is beautiful. We sat on the balcony overlooking the park nearly every night. Looking forward to a return again next year.

Beautiful condo and great location

I experienced issues with checking in, so I was delayed in gaining access to the condo. The host’s contact information was not active, but the building staff was able to assist. They were so helpful and kind! Aside from that hiccup, the condo was beautiful as advertised and in a great location in the Romantic Zone. The rooftop pool was perfect for hot days. I would recommend for others to stay here!

Great hosts, great stay!

We have stayed with Christian before and plan to do so again when come back to PV. This apartment is adjacent to a park/town square that has a farmer’s market on Saturdays, and it’s a short walk to the beach and many restaurants, shops, and bars. There is also a small grocery in the same building. (Despite all that, we never had an issue with noise.) The A/C is very effective and kept the apartment cool. Awesome rooftop pool where we met other building guests and made new friends. Christian is super-responsive to messages, and the building has front desk staff that are friendly and helpful. We tried another Vrbo property on a past trip when Christian didn’t have anything available. It didn’t even come close!

Absolute heaven

The condo is immaculate and beautiful. The location couldn’t be better — just a block away yet far enough away from the busy area so everything is within minutes but still not crazy loud. The best part for us was the roof deck and pool. We didn’t even leave the first day other than to get some food. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Week , Perfect Location

We are so happy we choose this property. It's conveniently located between the beach and the restaurants and nightlife. A five minute walk in either direction. The apartment was very clean , modern and so bright and sunny. It's wrap around deck completed It's splendor. The front desk staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Great location

2 blocks from the beach Lots of good restaurants nearby. Stocked w/ all the immediate essentials (TP, soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and much more. Internet service super -- had no problem w/ zoom and webex meetings. Given location, extremely quiet -- some street noise during the day and the occasional strolling mariachi band at night but by 11 PM very quiet. There is (I presume) an exercise class in the park from 8 - 9 AM and the music is usually audible --- so if you're a light & late sleeper, this could be problematic. A property across the street has an abandoned building that I presume at some point may well be torn down and rebuilt -- would check before renting whether that process has begun -- that could make it quite noisy during the day.

Our condo is well appointed with everything you will need to stay for a few days or for a longer-term stay. This unit is bright with lots of natural daylight, features contemporary furnishings and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious wraparound balcony overlooking Lazaro Cardenas Park with seating for four guests. There is also a step-out balcony off the master bedroom. We are only one block from Los Muertos Beach!
