In the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen enjoy creating special family moments while cooking, relaxing, and reminiscing. The kitchen's stainless steel appliances and pristine countertops make cooking a breeze, whereas the sofa offers a comfortable space to tune into your favorite shows and movies. Off this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer and partial air-conditioning present throughout the home.

The sunlit bedroom is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and features private balcony access and high-quality linens. When you aren't sunbathing on one of the loungers or dining alfresco at the outdoor dining table, head for the shared rooftop pool! From here, you will be able to gaze out at sweeping ocean views.

Nearby, visit the Malecón Boardwalk, spanning 12 blocks full of eateries, bars, and vendors, or head to the Los Muertos Beach Pier.

Things to Know
This complex KALM 401 doesn't allow children. Please, be aware of this before booking because the front desk won't give you access if you are bringing children. (Este complejo KALM 401 no admite niños. Por favor, tenga esto en cuenta antes de reservar ya que no se le dará acceso si hay niños.)
The complex does not have elevators and the pool is on the top floor. Guests will need to climb stairs to reach it.

Great location!!

It’s a beautiful, well stocked condo. The location is perfect you can walk pretty much everywhere. There are multiply delicious restaurant within blocks and a large grocery store on the main road. The pool has a beautiful view but is a little and chilly . The beach is only a 5-10 min walk. It would be great if the owners supplied some beach chairs and a beach umbrella as it gets pricey if you have to pay to rent them on the beach. It’s a bit noisy as there is some construction and many dogs barking. We did have a little confusion on what building it is bc the address in the listing is for the a-joining condos. You must go to the entry with the gate and the lock boxes

Excellent condo for 2 people! On arrival we realized the code provided in the email for the lockbox was not correct but the host replied immediately with the correct one. Convenient location at the top of a hill, a few blocks from the beach and close to many restaurants. Great rooftop pool, we were the only people up there most of the time. Location was quite noisy most nights, well past midnight. Convenient to have laundry and a kitchen for longer stays. Very nice spacious patio with lots of sun

Condo was small but well appointed and well stocked. Checkin was a bit confusing but once we were in all was good! The local property manager was very responsive, the only negative I would note is it is very noisy in this neighborhood at night but that’s Mexico so would suggest bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Lots of great dining options and short walk to the romantic zone.

Perfect location, super cosy

I really loved it here - it's clean, cosy and comfortable, and a very short hop to the beach and main streets, but far enough away from traffic and crowds. One thing to point out is that the building is at the top of quite a steep hill, so it may not suit people who have accessibility or fitness issues.I was also very grateful to use the washing machine after two weeks' travel!

Amazing Condo in P.V.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in this lovely condo. The location is perfect; away from the hotel zone and within the local life in Puerto Vallarta. This is a local town with many expats. We loved the coziness of the space, dual A/C units, well equipped kitchen, rooftop pool. Perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Brand new 1 bedroom condo

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find a virtually brand-new one-bedroom condo. Everything functioned well, and the compact kitchen was adequately stocked with essential cooking supplies. I would recommend purchasing a small step stool since the cabinets are rather high. The unit comes with starter supplies, including spices, salt, pepper, Microdyn, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and an assortment of cleaning products under the sink. All appliances are brand new, and everything was impeccably clean and in excellent working condition. The digital toaster was the fanciest I've ever encountered – luckily, you don't have to fiddle with it much to make toast, although I'm uncertain about its additional features. The bathroom is small, but the shower is spacious, with a convenient shelf for storing soaps. They provide body wash and shampoo, which came in handy during our frequent showers. The toilet operates well, a pleasant surprise given my previous experiences with inconsistent functionality in Mexico. The bedroom is comfortable, and the darkening blinds effectively block out light. The bed is a firm pillow-top, but I believe it's a full-size rather than a queen. As a 6'1" individual, my feet hung off the edge by about a foot. This may be suitable for those of average height but could be problematic for taller guests. The large outdoor deck features a nice table and chairs, although we didn't utilize the area much due to the extreme heat during our visit. Thankfully, the air conditioning (two mini-splits) worked remarkably well, allowing us to cool down quickly after returning from hot and humid outings. Air conditioning was essential for our stay in Mexico, and we would not return without it. The first day, the A/C was off, causing the unit to feel like 100 degrees inside; it took several hours to cool down. The TV worked well and provided a variety of streaming channels, albeit mostly in Spanish. We connected our YouTube Premium account, which we primarily used for entertainment. The Internet speed was exceptional, surpassing even our fiber-optic connection at home. It remained consistently fast and reliable throughout our stay, making this an ideal location for digital nomads – provided a desk were added to the bedroom. We found the fourth-floor pool to be perfect and were fortunate enough to have it to ourselves. It offered a refreshing respite from the heat. Upon arrival, the unit was spotlessly clean, and the management contact was friendly and responsive. She welcomed us, ensured everything was satisfactory, and diligently answered our questions. We have no complaints regarding her service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to book this property again. This was my first experience renting through Vacasa, and I found their email and text communication system effective and straightforward.

Nice, short stay

We love Cinco de Deciembre and this unit was in a fantastic location. The patio is huge and a very enjoyable space. We used the pool everyday and loved the view from the rooftop. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place!

My friend and I stayed here and loved it. Very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool had a beautiful view and location is wonderful, felt very safe. The pull-out sofa was nice to have and the patio was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

The Golden Conch

The condo was bright and very clean. The built-ins in the bedroom were awesome. So plentiful for all your belongings. Kitchen was a great size for any size meal. Great views from the outside space. Very close to the main street/Malechon. Lots of restaurant choices on the street for any meal. It's so nice to have access to a washer/dryer. Loved it.

The apartment was flawless, every house hold was perfect and feels like it was chosen carefully. The most important: amazing bed! The terrace is a nice plus but don`t get high hopes for the pool.

Great stay in 5 Deciembre

This home is very conveniently located in the 5 Deciembre neighborhood - walkable to great neighborhood restaurants, cafes, and services. Just a few easy blocks to the beach. The condo was very clean, well stocked with all the necessities, and had a great large private terrace for lounging. The only slight negative for anyone looking for a swimming pool experience is that the pool in the building is quite small (located on the roof with killer views) and functions more like a plunge pool, with only two lounge chairs.

I adored my stay here! It is in such a great location with lots of restaurants and is close to bus routes, the beach and the Malecon. The apartment seems brand new, is furnished beautifully and very comfortable! (Curling up in that blue chair at the end of the day was the best!) The kitchen had everything I needed and I loved the huge private patio that had sun all day long. The views from the rooftop pool are stunning; think sunsets over the ocean! I also found the customer service I received to be absolutely top notch. They responded quickly and were very helpful. Due to an issue early in my stay, I was generously given an extra night’s accommodation. Totally above and beyond in every way!

Exactly what we needed

Stayed here for five nights in November. The location was great because our friends have a place just around the corner, and it's only 4 blocks from Pepe's Tacos...and only 6 blocks from the beach! There's lots of shops for essentials, souvenirs, AND COFFEE nearby. The 5 deciembre neighbourhood is hilly, but it's a great mix of actual Mexican life and tourists/expats.We had no trouble finding the place. It was right on the corner, and the mural was exactly like in the pictures. The directions for accessing the key were clear and accurate. We had no trouble checking in. The condo is brand new. It is a lovely, light-filled unit. All new appliances and furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Everything was actually better than how the pictures showed. Bedroom is all glass, but the blinds give enough privacy when needed. Bed is a bit small, but had nice sheets and pillows. The walkout terrace was an awesome treat. That's where we had breakfast, and could just sit and read without going anywhere. Plants give privacy from the street, unlike other units in the same development. The pool up on the roof is perfect for 2-4 people. It is small, but kept at a nice temperature. There's a toilet up there, too. Only stairs, though. No elevator. The internet was out for the whole building because of wiring problems, which was a drag. But the owner refunded for the cost of cell data, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything we needed.
