Enjoy the peaceful slopes of Tahoe-Donner. You’ll have the entire condo to yourself: two full bedrooms plus a large loft, and two full bathrooms with laundry on site. Beautifully maintained home with all you need for a getaway in the mountains! Perfect location for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, exploring Truckee or simply staying home and enjoying the peace and quiet. Walking distance to the lifts at Tahoe-Donner and a short drive to all the Tahoe resorts. Ten minute drive into Truckee.

Place sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin and full and the loft features a wide daybed. Second bedroom closet has a playpen and sleeping pad for additional sleeping. Brand new bedding, towels and kitchen essentials.

Guest access to clubhouse with outdoor pool, indoor spa, sauna, foosball, pool and ping pong.
Guests come to enjoy the region for winter sport & Snow. With snow it is important to be safe. Here are a few tips:
1) Please check the weather report & road conditions for your route to Truckee.
2)Chains or AWD/4x4 may be required.
3) Carry extra blankets & coats in your vehicle in case you get stuck
4) We have a snow removal service that comes after 4-6” of snow. They have many homes and businesses they service and are not on demand. This is standard for the region. We can not guarantee what time of day walkways and roads will be cleared. It is advisable that you carry a snow shovel in your vehicle during winter months.

Ladies..if you need a getaway for the weekend...There were 5 of us ladies for my birthday..Was fabulous!! Clean., everything you need. But your food are there. Power went out due to fire..but they had a whole tub of lights and everything needed...so it didn't stop the party !!!

We loved the location, especially the proximity to the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. Kids enjoyed the games and arcade machine. Parking was convenient. Would stay here again!

The condo fit our needs for a family of 6. Not having AC was uncomfortable during the day…. Although it did cool in the evenings. Floors were super squeaky… not sure if there has been some water damage in the past? Appreciated the excellent communication and a place to crash for the 2 days we were visiting the area. Beautiful location!

Great spot, as close to the slopes as the parking lot. Nice view from the dining table of the distant mountains. Requires climbing up about 12 stairs to unit and some stair climbing on approach to home. Inside, multilevel with multiple flights of carpeted stairs, fun for kids.

Amazing stay at Tahoe Donner

We spent many winter vacations in the area, and Melissa’s condo did not disappoint. It was very clean and the listing was accurate. If you are looking for a condo close to the slopes and have a larger party (we are a family of 6, including teenagers), this condo is awesome.

The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. Everyone loved the arcade table that was used everyday. The charging stations in every room was very much appreciated! The house could use some updating and some additional kitchen items (utensils, small pots), but for the price and location it was just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo has everything that a family would need, it is cozy and comfortable with great views. My kids especially appreciated the popcorn and the hot cocoa, the little touches make all the difference. Kitchen is well equipped if you decide to cook at the house. Place is very well maintained, the host was super friendly and very responsive. We will definitely book this place again for our next trip.

We booked again after our first stay and loved coming back to the same spot! Melissa was helpful and responsive and honored our request for a little extra time at checkout without much notice from us. Clean and convenient, perfect for a ski weekend, thanks so much! Just a note, the unusual snow situation made for some tricky navigation into the condo - not so bad but I am glad we didn’t have tons of luggage or elderly parents along.
