To the left of the entrance, a separate toilet and then a single bedroom with a 140 bed (2 people).
Facing this corridor, the bathroom (shower), single sink, heated towel rail, washing machine, hairdryer.
To the right of the hallway, the bright living room which faces the sea.
This room is composed of the living room with sofa bed (for 2 people in 140), a television, internet and board games.
The open kitchen area is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge top, microwave, small oven...
The Grande Conche beach in front of the apartment has a Mickey Mouse club for children during the summer (for more information, contact the town hall).
You can walk to all the shops and the centre of Royan.
The train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
