Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool Casa Vista Dunas is a terraced house with all the modern conforts you may wish for and with stunning views acroos the "Prado de Castilnovo" all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. The light-flooded living room with dining area is the heart of the house. It is open plan to the kitchen and has a large flat screen tv, internet access and air conditioning (hot/ cold) which makes it very comfortable in the winter as well. The terrace is accessed from the kitchen as well as from the living room. On the ground floor there is also a small shower room. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, tv, en suite bathroom and access to a small balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (twin). All bedrooms are air conditioned. The house has a fantastic roof terrace with stunning panoramic views of the countryside and the ocean. It has a sun roof and is furnished with sunbeds. The communal area with swimming pool is located just across the street (open all year round).
