Just outside the gates of Fehmarn, at the tip of the Bay of Lübeck, lies the Baltic spa Großenbrode. In the local beach park you will find this fantastic apartment, which is located just over 100 meters from the beautiful and fine sandy south beach.

The spacious and high-quality equipped apartment is located on the second floor, is about 60 square meters and leaves nothing to be desired. You park your car on the apartment's parking space directly in front of the house. You reach the apartment comfortably and barrier-free via an elevator.
Our apartment consists of a living / dining area with integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the bright living room, a leather suite invites you to make yourself at home with flat screen TV, stereo, books, games and CDs. The underfloor heating ensures on cooler days for your well-being and our stove provides the appropriate mood. You will enjoy your breakfast at our extra large dining table in a light-flooded glaze. You will be accompanied by a clear view to the south and west.
Our bathroom invites you to linger. Enjoy relaxing wellness moments in a highlight of the apartment and let yourself be pampered in our whirlpool bath or in the apartment's own sauna.
Treat yourself to a few days break with the whole family to the revitalizing Baltic Sea air and benefit stress-free from the versatile and natural environment. A beach chair on the south beach we have already reserved for you during the summer months. On nice days, you can enjoy the sun on our large balcony with a southwest orientation, perhaps with a game or with a glass of wine.
You may also want to spend time together with friends or relatives. Our apartment is versatile. Try it out.

Additional Information:
The apartment is ideal for families, but also suitable for seniors.
In the bathroom and living room there is underfloor heating.
The sofa bed: Ausziehvariante about 115 x 200 cm (ideal for 1 adult) or about 135 x 190 cm (suitable for 2 children). All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
The use of our Wi-Fi is included for you.

Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.
