Beautiful Studio of 30.00 m2 completely renovated and equipped at the end of 2023 by a local architectural agency. Apartment with top-of-the-range services located on the 2nd floor without elevator in a secure and very quiet residence with swimming pool.
Ideally located in the city center, in the immediate vicinity of all shops, restaurants, amenities and 5 minutes from the sea on foot.
The accommodation
Ideal for a getaway for two or with two children, the studio is equipped in the living room with a 2-seater Murphy bed (140x190cm) composed of a 25 cm thick mattress and a 2-seater convertible BZ (140x190cm) composed of an 18 cm thick mattress in the loggia. New and fully equipped kitchen. In the entrance, several cupboards with plenty of storage. Round dining table for 4 to 6 people.

The studio enjoys a double exposure South and South-West at the corner of the residence offering sunshine throughout the day as well as a breathtaking view of the swimming pool. Secure swimming pool open from June to September and supervised July and August, access with badge provided mandatory (x4).
