In the heart of the gated residence "Les Amandines" in Vias Village, this charming T2 bis house of 33 m² will seduce you with its peaceful atmosphere and its shaded south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

The accommodation features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals with ease. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and includes a shower cabin and a toilet. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen for added convenience.

For sleeping arrangements, the property offers a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), perfect for restful nights. A climate-controlled mezzanine, open to the living room, features bunk beds (80x190 cm) and a BZ sofa bed (140x190 cm), providing additional sleeping space for family or friends.

A warm and functional setting, ideal for a relaxing vacation close to the beaches and shops of Vias.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 50 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
