Located on the edge of Parc de Sceaux and the green corridor, this peaceful accommodation with a garden offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Situated 50 minutes from the center of Paris on the RER B line (Robinson station), it's ideal for enjoying the Olympics and Paris in a green setting. It's also close to all amenities (bakery, supermarket, market, pharmacy). Only rented during the summer period, the house is well-equipped, charming, and welcoming. A spacious 50 m2 living area on the ground floor (with a lounge area, dining room, open kitchen with a bar), and 1 toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 children's bedrooms with single beds (10m2 each), a bathroom, and 1 toilet, as well as a master suite (16 m2) with a large bed (1.60x2m) and an adjoining bathroom. Balconies in all bedrooms overlooking the garden. Basement with washing machine and dryer. The house is on the garden level with a terrace for outdoor dining. South-facing exposure.
