The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4) and a single bed
- A games and relaxation area
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely south-facing 300 m² enclosed garden
- A 35 m² terrace open to the living room, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
