Top maintained attic apartment with a sunny terrace on the ground floor

1 double room in a quiet atmosphere with 2 single beds, satellite / TV and 40-inch flat screen. Chest of drawers and wardrobe with clothes rail, hangers and various drawers. Bed linen is provided. A cot
with the associated equipment can be set up if necessary. The single beds can be put together or apart.

1 comb. Living / 2-bed room in a cozy ambience with satellite / TV, 40-inch flat screen, wall unit in current design with a small selection of books, retrograde seating with a coffee table.

The sleeping area includes a 160x200 bed and an 80x200 bed. Spacious wardrobe for your wardrobe with clothes rail, hangers and 2 large drawers. 1 additional bed can be added.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pans, pots, sufficient dishes and cutlery, tea towels, cooking / cleaning utensils. Dining area for 4 people, high chair

Geräumige Dachgeschosswohnung

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung sauber, in der Küche hat es alles, was man braucht. An heißen Tagen wird es recht warm unterm Dach. Leider gibt es in den beiden Zimmern keine Deckenleuchten, die man mit einem Schalter betätigen könnte. Auch Steckdosen sind etwas knapp. Aber sonst alles ok.
