Every modern comfort is offered in this delightful 350 m² villa, designed for effortless living. The ground floor is ideal for those with mobility concerns, featuring an open kitchen connected to the terrace, a dining area with a cozy living space, and a spacious outdoor lounge and dining area. The villa accommodates up to eight guests, allowing them to fully embrace the laid-back Caribbean lifestyle.

Two air-conditioned bedrooms with luxurious 200x200 king-size beds each have an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional guest bathroom for visitors.

Upstairs, the master suite offers ultimate privacy, complete with air conditioning, a walk-in closet, a desk, and a bathroom featuring a double vanity and a separate toilet.

Expansive sliding doors open up the entire villa, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The villa's spacious design enhances relaxation, while the carefully curated color palette ensures a harmonious and inviting atmosphere—perfect for unwinding and embracing the vacation spirit.

The residence is equipped with a generator that automatically activates during town-wide power outages, ensuring continuous electricity. Uniquely in Las Terrenas, this villa remains fully operational during blackouts, including air conditioning, guaranteeing uninterrupted comfort.

Additional information,

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
